I have been ordering from them for a few years now and had great service and food. Tonight I was missing an item from my order and called the restaurant to see if I could come back and get the food item. The manager and staff went above and beyond to make sure that the experience was great! I cannot recommend this establishment more. Incredible customer service, incredible management and the food is great too! Impressed doesn’t begin to explain what my experience has been with this restaurant. 10/10 recommend
Wings had no seasoning, ordered extra ranch and didn’t receive it, the website said for me to check in and some one would come out and assist me. Waited 10 min only to see the waitress talking with someone in the parking lot and never come to ask if I needed something. Ended up going get the food off the counter myself. Overall bad experience.
Wings were nasty and translucent looking. They appeared to be cooked and I think they were just super fatty, cheap wings. This place is a restaurant within a restaurant. The food I ordered was actually cooked at my local Chili’s. Also I ordered boneless wings and received bone in wings. Would not recommend this place ?
Worst wings I’ve ever had, food was cold and not properly cooked.
6 of my 11 boneless wings were not edible. It seems like these were refried and they were too hard to eat. The fries were soggy. This was my third bad experience, I will never eat here again. I like to give at least three tries at different times of the day. However; all shifts served terrible food. a waste of $21.00
They took it upon there self to change my order without asking and still charged me the food was soggy from the chicken to the fries and didn’t even except responsibility for there actions. I would never recommend this place and if your ever in cedar city find somewhere else.
worst food ever. They sent me a raw wing, wet and cold fries. all of it went in the trash. on top of that the attitude of the employees was bad. don't do it!
