Our favorite Georgetown restaurant. The food and service are great. We started with Spicy Edamame as an appetizer. We then had Q Blossom and The Texan rolls and Salmon and Blue Fin tuna sushi. For dessert we had Crusted Cheesecake.
This is by far the best sushi spot in Georgetown in terms of quality, presentation, and service! The seafood was exceptionally fresh and the rolls had the perfect balance of flavors and textures. It’s a must try if you’re in the area!
Excellent service. Food was superb. Jazz combo was a very nice surprise. We had the VIP sushi roll. We love good sushi. My girlfriend and I agreed that this was the best roll we have ever had. We also had the baked salmon and sea bass. Both perfectly cooked and prepared. The same amount of care went into the green beans. Portions were healthy, not large. For desert we had the flaming banana. Okay, not great. Hard candy like topping on mushy banana was a confusing texture. We eat out at this price point about twice a month in Austin and we are not always impressed; so many choices and lots of poorly executed or conceived concepts. We were glad to find Ichiro. We will return.

Not often I can say there was not a single thing the restaurant staff could have done better. Food was great, service was great, and I love the interior, which manages to be classy without being cold. Our favorite restaurant in Georgetown.
Food was delicious, the live band was AMAZING- they definitely made the vibe better, sushi was well prepped & delicious. Both the adults & kids enjoyed their meals. All appetizers is definitely a must try! GM Chris & servers gave us great customer service! Our 1st time experience here was good!!The only reason we give it a 4 star is because our friends along with us brought our kids for a bday celebration and felt the owner was not use to kids at all (singing with the band & dancing a little). We saw him look annoyed & told the kids to bring the energy down. I guess other guests took notice too and told us to not mind it because thier guests enjoyed our entire groups energy! Several came up to us saying, the world needs more of us to liven up people & enjoy! ??Overall, a great restaurant. ??

We were in the area and wanted sushi, Ichiro showed up within a couple miles which was such great luck! This place is a destination I'd gladly travel back 1hr to just to eat there. The atmosphere is more on the high-end side and during normal dinner hours you would need to make a reservation. We arrived just after they opened at 3 and were the only ones there for a bit. Everything was absolutely delicious. We had the seaweed salad, a spicy tuna roll, and the VIP roll. We also have shell fish allergies and great care was taken to make sure the shellfish was replaced with something else tasty. They also have a extensive bar and wine selection. Our server was amazing-cant wait to go back.
We've been twice now, Daniel was our server both times.He has made perfect appetizer recommendations both times we've been here. Best all-around server I've ever had, anywhere.Overall, excellent service, excellent food.Edit: Otoro sashimi was delivered to our table by the owner, Ms. Diane, to celebrate a special day. Couldn't have asked for better!
Very nice ambiance. We went in the Friday before Valentine's day, so they were slammed. However, they did a great job of getting the appetizer out to keep us busy. Our server Shelby was very sweet and kept checking on us frequently with updates on our order. And the sushi was worth the wait! All around great service and great experience.
