For my first time here, it was beyond amazing!! Gretchen is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked, she greeted me and showed me how the whole system works. You can tell she is very passionate about her job!She made me “the Gretchen” tea and it’s sooo good!!! I will definitely be coming back just for her tea! Thank you Gretchen ?
I was clueless walking in until I found Ms.Gretchen. She was fun, passionate and full of life. The tea was amazing but Ms.Gretchen really made my 1st experience amazing. I will be back!
Just happened to see this place after hiking at the lake. Wow. No words. The peach ginger is unbelievable! Husband got mint which was so refreshing in the heat. Service was quick and staff is friendly.
Wow! I love coming here when passing through town. I met Ms.Gretchen this time and she made me a gallon of tea that was incredible! Really the entire staff is so nice and patient (especially when I have to snatch my 2 year old from the door way while in the middle of paying!) I look forward to going back and trying more combos. Btw, what is in the combo that is called the Gretchen??
Gretchen was awesome! First time there and she showed us how the entire system works! You can mix flavors together to get the ratio you like! You guys need to open one up near Downtown RR.
Happy hour! My boyfriend loves this place. Personally I just think it tastes like any other tea but I'm not a tea connoisseur. I like that they have suger free options.
The ladies and gents at this location are awesome , I'm not even a true tea drinker. But I frequently walk here with my wife. We now buy the tea by the gallon and they have specials regularly.

Love this place. They have great tea. Service is always great they're always smiling and happy and it looks like they just added coffee to their menu which is really cool
Hopefully my experience is quite rare compared to most.This was my first time trying HTeaO. I pulled up to the drive through & noticed an employee going up to each window in line. She approached my window, as I was expecting her to ask for my order she just says “Park your car. Get your stuff. Be gone.” I was blown away from the tone in her voice so I said “excuse me? What do you mean be gone?” She proceeded to repeat herself in the same tone & further explanation “The line is long. Park your car. Go inside. Get your stuff. Be gone.” I let her know I was more than happy to wait my turn in line as I noticed it didn’t last awhile. She then moved onto the next couple of cars & from what I assume, told them the same thing.When I got to ordering the gentleman was more than nice & made the process fast.The tea itself was great, the gentleman that took my order, phenomenal & professional. The overall for my first experience at an establishment, subpar to say the least. I left their confused as to why I was getting scolded for giving a company business. Anyways, great product, avoid the lady in the drive through that’s had a rough too many days.
