They have lots of great cupcake flavors. We got a big one for our friend who's birthday we were celebrating and a dozen of the prepackaged mini. All of the flavors I tried were great. I would definitely go back for some cupcakes if in town. It is a very small shop- but the employees were friendly and cupcakes were tasty !
Very unresponsive and dismissive! I wrote an email with a diagram of what I wanted for a birthday cake, and six days later I hadn't heard anything. So I followed up with a phone call. I had a 10 minute discussion after Ike brought up my email with all the details. He said, "Those who call get their emails moved to the top." We ended that he would send me a quote. Three days later, no email from Ike. I called again. It was like starting all over, but this time he said that what I requested for a filling (raspberry preserves center), which was in the email I had sent before our first discussion, was not something they do well, and when I finally pinned him down he said, "It isn't something we would prefer to do." 10 days wasted, and all I could say was, "Then I guess we can't do business." These guys are in over their heads, and clearly don't care about service and can't make a simple, one layer (although they are "all three layers") white cake with raspberry filling.
This fine Bakery offers many delicious sweets! Not a donut shop, but full of treats for anyone's Sweet Tooth. I enjoyed a miniature pecan pie, others enjoyed the Boston cream or the cannolis. Various cupcakes are available.....as well as soft drinks and coffees. Not inexpensive, FYI.
I love this bakery! The staff is always so sweet and their treats never disappoint, especially their coconut cream pie. I come here as often as I can all year round and its still my favorite Bakery.
For all of my birthdays i have gone to Anne’s kitchen in Austin and I never thought i would find another cake place that would taste as good as them. this was my first time trying a cake from Galaxy bakery and that was the beat decision i made. this cake was so dense and moist. i got an almond flavored cake with raspberry jam filling and it was AMAZING. will be going here every year now!
I needed a gluten free dessert for my friend’s birthday and they were to die for! They honestly tasted exactly like the regular cupcakes. 11/10. I also got the chocolate explosion cake slice *chefs kiss* Will be my regular dessert shop. :)
I cannot say enough GREAT things about Galaxy Bakery. Personal service! Excellent pies. Absolutely to die for Boston Cream Pie Criossants. You will not be disappointed. Supper local family businesses.!! My go-to bakery.
The two young men that work at Galaxy are really awesome! Very respectful in the way they interact with the customers. Wonderful experience! The cupcakes are exceptional also!
This is my favorite bakery in town! From the cupcakes to the pies, cakes, and cheesecakes you can't go wrong! Everything is delicious, and the people there are always friendly.
Called about seeing what they could do for a custom cake need for my sons birthday, sent pictures as per request talked with someone and they said they would get back to me with a price. That was over a week ago and I haven’t heard a word since. Poor customer service.
