Last weekend, I ordered a pizza, 80 minutes later a driver arrived with a completely wrong pizza. I called the store and Jack, the one who answered the phone, said he'll remake the pizza and have it redelivered. Thankfully I chose the pay cash option on the site so I was never charged.My pizza never showed.We called from my phone. Jack said the pizza delivery driver just left. Then my boyfriend called from his phone, we were told again the pizza was on it's way again. I'm not one to leave negative reviews so I gave myself a week to cool off before posting this.I ended up making us grilled cheese sandwiches. Shame on you Jack!!!
Worst Service from ZACH! I ordered a pizza for my kids at 8:15pm, at 9:00pm I called to check the status because the tracker had been stuck on "Prep", I was told it was out for delivery and would arrive within 10 mins, 40 minutes later I called to check again and got Zach. Zach said the pizza was being made and it would be there in about an hour, I explained what I was told in my previous call and he said "yeah well sorry you were told wrong". I was not satisfied with that answer and told him something more needed to be done so he then said he'd void my order, I told him I still wanted the pizza but at this point I do deserve some sort of coupon/discount. He said that's fine and hung up on me.Then I got a text that he had cancelled my order. My kids never got the pizza.
horrible wait time. Had an order to be ready at 6:35-6:45 and the order was not ready until 1 hour later at 7:45. horrible customer service. They lied and said the order would be ready within 10 mins at 7:00 and at 7:20 they said the order will take another 5 minutes. I think they forgot about my order 2 different times and had to lie in order to make me a happier customer. absolute worst dominos experience ever.
Foods good, but twice now they’ve delivered half of my order and i had to wait on hold for 5 minutes to talk to someone for them to tell my the rest of my order was left on the heat rack they just forgot to grab it. The Mobile app sucks because there’s no option to properly let them know part of the order is missing forcing you to call the store and wait forever on hold to talk to a person after listening to a 2 min recording about job opportunities to become a delivery driver, probably because dominoes doesn’t pay their employees enough for them to care to get things right.
Couldn’t ask for more!! App is easy, my Dominos is fast preparing and delivering to me at curbside OMGOSH AND the prices are amazing!!! And the pizza is to die for, it’s scrumptious!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!
Arrived 1 hour after estimated delivery time. Order was wrong. Tried contacting location. They don’t answer their phone. Put a claim in with dominos, still haven’t heard from them.
The staff there are awesome! I came in to check on the status of my carry out order and they all spoke and welcomed me in. My order wasnt ready just yet so I waited in the car and came back in a few minutes later and they walked my order over to me and thanked me. I loved their energy and how nice they were. You have a great team of workers! Give those guys a raise! :)
A awful domino's do not ever order from here. Have had multiple orders take well over 2 hours for delivery. They Never answer phone when you call always on hold. Just awful
The pizza came out of the oven 60 minutes before it made it to my house about three miles from the store. The driver had it in his car for 35 minutes. It was Luke warm and stuck to the box when it arrived. I spent over $30 and when I go to the pizza insurance page they offer me a 2 topping medium pizza….worth $5 to $8. Wow all I really want is a little bit of quality service.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. The person answering the phone refuses to deliver to the hotel which they are the closest but not in their range. They tell me to call the other store and I was sent back to them. I was informed that it would be a 2 and a half hours before my food would be delivered. She stated again she did not deliver to the hotel but she would check her map. She then left me waiting for 10 mins for her to hang up on me again. Called back and she wouldn't even except my calls. Hung up on me prior to even answering the line. Then called again and waited 7 mins for no answer. Terrible service.
