First time at a Crumbl and not sure I'll go back. The cookies were pretty good but the customer service was atrocious. Waited in line for several minutes with one person ahead of me. Neither of us was even acknowledged by any of the 5 staff members. When my order was ready, the person who acted like the manager tossed them on the counter and walked away. She didn't even bother to close the box.
I had some cookies delivered and some of them were naked and had no toppings. Most of the delight in Crumbl cookies are the amazing toppings…that make the cookie special. When I called the store they refused to deliver the cookies I paid for and said “All we can do is write your name down and you can come in to the store and get them.” These cookies are not cheap and it was for a special occasion. So thanks Crumbl, for delivering naked cookies as a gift and not making it right by fixing the mistake you made. Great customer service.
I had these cookies for the first time on 02/12/22. It’s 02/20 and I’ve already placed an order for next weeks flavors. They are sooooooo delicious. I wasn’t a fan of the vanilla sugar, but the s’mores one was so friggin’ tasty!! If you’ve never had these cookies, get there and get some. You won’t regret it.
I went today at around 9am. The cookies were lovely and so were the staff. I will be returning. I may have eaten a couple of bites on my way home.
They make the perfect gift! I love the fact that you don’t have to send a dozen! The box of 4 was perfect. The store kept in excellent communication about the delivery! I can’t wait for my local Cedar Park store to open!!!
So in love with the variety of cookies that come out each week. My kids are a huge fan of these and want to try every flavor y’all have. Great place!

The cookies are fabulous! Not every cookie is a winner because we all have different tastes but I’ve never not been happy. I’ve had so many delicious ones. I will go back again and again. Their advertising is perfection also. Then videos will seduce you into buying them all. lol
So freaking good! The flavors change every week and there is always something delicious to try. The cookies are fresh made, perfectly baked, and the portions are large for the price! Definitely a must try.
