Best dinning experience! From host to server (Cowboy) to Manager...all were excellent! Food was great! Clean establishment. Definitely will make this my new go to place when going through Georgetown!
Group of 4 of us today went there for lunch. They told us it was 15 minute wait but were quickly sat down within 3 or so minutes which was nice. But shortly after that service went downhill fast. We were asked what we wanted to drink. Got our drinks and then asked if we were ready to order. We ordered our food and really didn't see our waitress again until I approached them asking for our checks. Another person dropped off the food to us and was nice unlike the first waitress. The food was really good though. When I asked the waitress for the checks she seemed irriated and stopped cleaning the table to go get the check. Before she came back, I walked up to her asking her if they could be 4 separate checks and she rolled her eyes and really seemed irritated. I sat back down and she came back with a single check and said who had what and literally said, everyone asks for single checks and it's so difficult. She came back a few minutes later with individual checks. We asked her for 2 refills and and a to go box and she looked at us ugly and dropped the cards down on the table and went and got the items we asked for. I know they may be short staffed, but there wasn't but maybe 5 tables of people seated with the 2 waitresses working. Not only that, but it was really hot inside there. I was sweating while I ate. And the waitress was even snappy with I'm assuming he was a manager.I will not be going back anytime soon based on that visit.
Love stopping here after work. The fried green tomatoes (which we devoured, so no photo) are so delicious! And the 3 cheese burger and fries is my go to. Always yummy!!!Staff are friendly and attentive,which makes it so much better.
We have been to Cotton Patch several times over the past few years and have always had great experiences, even with them being short staffed. Unfortunately today was a different story. Our waitress way over stepped some boundaries with our child, touching her, cursing in front of her and giving her chocolate cookies before her meal and without asking our permission(our daughter is only a year old). She also completely ignored us once our food came out. We asked twice for ranch and never received it, never came by to give us refills or to see if we needed anything else. After 20 minutes of sitting after we had all finished our meals my husband finally had to flag her down to get our bill. She kept coming to our section to assist other guests but never even looked our way. On top of that she had an attitude with us, she tossed the check on the table and walked away without saying a word. After today I'm not sure we'll ever go back.

Awesome food and excellent service! Cowboy went over and beyond for us when we went in. Hands down the best server we have ever had!
After a long day of work I was hungry and Cotton Patch sounded so good and it was also Wednesday which meant kids eat free. I am a single mom so that's awesome! I was reluctant because the last time I ordered take out I was missing a whole meal, my meal of course and kids food was cold and missing sides. Unfortunately when I called and complained about the missing food and long wait of not being even acknowledged that I was picking up an order. Worst of all I had called and let a manager know which she assured me that I would be refund. However a week went by and I didn't realize that I had still yet to get that refund. I end up coming in and checking on it, manager says it's not written down in the back and she can't do anything. So I still have not been refunded my money.....I could tell they were short handed but gave them the benefit of the doubt. To be completely honest I would not be taking my time to right this review because the food was good and hot. However my salad did have noticeable soggy/brown lettuce but just a tiny bit. I order the grilled Cajun duo and asked for no rice broccoli instead. Of course I had no problem with paying extra if that was the case. So when I got my food I was very put off when I was told I couldn't substitute broccoli for rice and just given the tilapia by itself with my side. It did not sit well with me. I won't be coming back to this location. I have been coming here for years. This exact location was actually my first job. I hope to see it turn around . Our server was great!
The food here is fabulous. ALL of it. Great service. I enjoy sitting on the patio .
The Cotton Patch is usually very good but this visit they were extremely short staff so there was a wait to be seated as well as to have your order taken. Food was still good. I hope they are able to hire more people soon. The ladies and gentlemen there at the time were giving it their best. I will go back during non peak hours.
Great food and service. We had Cowboy, which is an experience in itself! Fabulous
