I have been to this place a few times. Sometimes they have a line- yesterday they didn't but they were scrambling I think. I went to the restroom and it was a hot mess. Like, puddles, trash, ect. Maybe they were short staffed or a pipe was leaking though, I can't say if it's normally like that. The people prepping and serving the food were really nice! My biggest issue was that I got these weird chunks of cheese? Like shredded cheese that had melted and resolidified? But it didn't melt in the bowl, I saw the chunks go in that way. Idk it just put me off. I picked them out and everything tasted fine. Lastly, I got a lemondade and when I went to fill my cup, there was no ice. I told the cashier and she said she couldn't help me right now. So long story short, middle of the road experience. In case it was a bad day, I will go back and see if they're on their game then.
I placed my order online and it was as if I were there. Everything was the way I ordered it and it was fresh. I love this location and the reps are always on point t with their customer service.
The lady working there was so rude. I know may be she was have a bad day or long day but when i went their to pick up my food the food pick up rack was by the order area and i saw all the people picking their food from their but when i was about to pick up my food she was rude with me and told me that I cannot come by the rack to pick up my food. I don’t know why they put that rack by that place if customers cannot go their and pick up the food and their was no any sign saying we are not suppose to pick up the food from their.
Please please please have the Parmer Lane store near Scoffield Farms come up to Georgetown and train their staff! Please!
This burrito would have been decent if there were more than a spoonful of meat on it.
Ordered online. Small bowl. When I went for pick up I waited 20min when it was supposed to be ready 30min prior. If you are busy adjust your pick up times. The girl at the register is rude. Everyone’s orders should be on the shelf for easy pick up. Don’t yell at each person going up to the shelf to check assuming their order is ready bc that was the time designated. Food is fine because it's chipotle & it's all the same.But the people who work at this location hate their lives. Everytime I've come in - they have been so rude & dismissive. Ive worked in the food industry for 7-8 years - you can at least be little nice.

Food was good, service was terrible. Ordered a chicken burrito ($8) and kids quesadilla ($4 which comes with rice, beans, drink, and a fruit).I wanted to order just a small quesadilla and was told I would need to order the whole kids meal again for that.I think they are capable of ringing up $2-$3 for a small tortilla with cheese in it. Common courtesy goes a long way for a business.
On the plus side, the food is good, fresh, consistent and reasonably priced. On the minus side, the location is terrible - inadequate parking and horrible traffic flows. I've also had problems redeeming rewards on their app. For example, they won't allow you to redeem guacamole and chips together. Who wants that???
