I ordered for the first time thinking maybe this will be a good place to start ordering from. The meal with tip and delivery was $30. The salmon piece is dense but small. The black beans are runny like soup and filled up a little over 1/2 way in the carton. The other side container was maybe 3/4 filled. The meal is minimal - not even a roll. It really wasn’t worth the price imo.

My family and I were the first people to arrive today. My elderly mother is disabled. They told us the only table available for 5 people was the high table. Asked if we could sit at a 4 top with an extra chair. The old ladies in charge said no it's a fire hazard so we asked for a bigger table in a different section. They said no. Only the bar was open. So we decided to go somewhere else. Smh. I hope the young lady who would have been our server is still blessed with a lot of tips. She was very willing to make an acception for us
Came in, waited for ever to even be acknowledge, then waited longer. Lady came up asking how many, after telling her nine (I have 7 children). She rudely said and I quote “ I have no tables that fit that many people, I won’t be able to serve you today”. Mind you I have been to this chilies many many times with my family.Place was practically empty, plenty of tables to sit, just ridiculous specially with the attitude.So we walked next door and got serviced right away.
Awful curbside. Meat was raw in my burger. Missing salsa for my chips and salsa. Missing ranch for chicken tenders. All fried food tasted extremely old and stale. When we called to speak with someone about these issues, no one ever answered. We called probably 10 times. Not one single call was answered. AWFUL.
Ordered the little big mouth sliders and nachos. The big mouth sliders I just asked for mayo instead of ranch…. Their quality control sucks! They forgot a top bun on one and put bacon bits instead of the grilled onions! Then with the nachos they literally gave me chips with pico, jalapeños, and sour cream on the side. Everything was cold! They even forgot silverware!
4 stars for the overworked waitress and the cooks, zero stars for the incompetent management. When we showed up we were eventually informed that there was no host and that the servers were doubling as hosts. This seems like the type of thing a manager would take care of either by bringing someone in or coming in themselves and filling in so we had to wait about 45min to get seated. Our waitress did what she could to take care of our orders and the food was cooked right and tasted great. Seems to me that the people running this place don't care about it while the people working here are trying their best to keep the restaurant running.
Waited probably 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Was seated by who appeared to be the manager. Sat probably 15 minutes. Server never came. Never got drinks, never got to order food. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Our family of 7 came in for lunch today and the hostess told us that she couldn’t seat a table of 7. We had 2 adults and 5 children under 12 “small children”! She was very unfriendly, might need to find someone else with a smile who welcomes folks!! Wow, we were blown away and won’t ever be back!
Worst experience at Chili's ever!!! Ordered CURBSIDE pick and after wait 30 mins in the parking lot after checking I have to go inside to check on my order thats been sitting on a shelve the whole time. "We're busy and its just me". Now I have to eat a cold meal, with soggy fries and a watered down drink! Don't offer curbside pick up if that's not what your going to do, thats why the curbside exit so people can avoid the inside WHEN IT'S BUSY!
Wish there was a no star option. Ordered food tonight for our family of 5 through Chili's site and had it delivered by door dash. The Dasher did great, Chili's did not. We had 6 total items and 5 of them were incorrect. We were charged for items we didn't receive and we got most of our items made incorrectly. We ordered two chips and salsa, we got two bags of chips and only one salsa. We ordered two burgers and specified that we wanted no pink. Both were raw and we had to cook them ourselves. We paid for the triple meat fajita order to feed two people and we ended up with only two meats. We ordered extra tortillas with the the fajitas and only got the 4. We tried to call restaurant multiple times to get this order fixed, refunded, credited or something and after 10 calls no answer or the system hanging up on us we gave up and have resorted to leaving a poor review. I don't think we will be back anytime soon or recommend this to anyone else.
