Ordered and paid just to find out they were out of Cool Wraps by 6:00pm on a Friday. They gave me a refund for the Cool Wrap but didn't offer anything else for the major disappointment. They really need to communicate between between the cook staff and the wait staff. With so many Chic-fil-a locations around, I won't be going to this one again. I've been treated better for less severe errors at other locations.

This location gave low amount of fries. Chicken tasted weird in the sandwich and nuggets. No lettuce or even kale salad. First time ever experience from a chick fila that they don’t have certain items . I asked for easy ice and I still got the same amount.The employees are nice. I would stay away from this location. Not worth it. I would avoid if possible

While we love Chic-fil-a, we have been increasingly disappointed with the service at the Georgetown location.Three times we have ordered items that they "have run out of". Twice they had no lettuce and once the wraps were unavailable.I was there this evening around 6:30-7:00. The employee asked my name - Kay. II ordered the Delux sandwich and told that they were out of lettuce and would that be ok. Well, no.After placing my order and asking for the Senior Discount I was told to pull forward where I was again asked for my name - still Kay. This employee told me that I was to pull forward and the young man around the curve would take my payment. This employee asked my name - still Kay, and told me that since I wanted a Senior Discount, I would need to drive to the window. The young lady there called me Karen. I told her no and that I was Kay. She said "Oh, you wanted a discount". When I said yes, she had to call someone else to ring it up.I questioned why Chic-fil-a was out of lettuce she laughed it off so I repeated the question. She said that it was probably there "so late".At no time did any of these employees use the phrase "My Pleasure". I thought that was the standard slogan. It always seemed so pleasant.On another note. We've asked numerous times when or if the dining room would reopen. The answers were:Due to COVID (understandable) ,Not enough employees, employees not well trained yet, lasting that you were remodeling.That's enough. Just will consider other options.

We have kept trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt. Especially since we have all faced difficulties and challenges with Covid. However it's just become too terrible to keep supporting this location. The pleasure and delight of what Chick Fil A has to offer does not exist at this location anymore. We've tried both Round Rock locations and they exceed expectations. We've spoken to management, but nothing seems to change. Maybe if everyone would boycot this location they'd finally realize it takes quality, hard work, and customer service to have success.

I love Chick-fil-A ❤️It's worth it every time I go.I like the chicken sandwich deluxe, there fries, Mac and cheese and the lemonade is the best!!!! They do have good chicken nuggets as well.

They were very nice and kept apologizing for not having bacon. They gave me a refund and were very wonderful. Keep up the great work y'all!

In the past this location was great. As of the last 3 months it has gone down hill. I've waited longer than 20 minutes in line the last 3 times I have visited. There has been trash scattered in the parking lot and on outdoor tables. Staff turnover is obvious. No excuse for the dining room to be closed still and a limited menu when all other stores in the area have theirs full/open. My dad used to go here daily for breakfast and refuses to return after his latest visit.

So S L O W!! This location is still drive through only and this week our chicken was not the appetizing chicken we have come to expect from chick fil a. My daughter’s sandwich, the chicken was in two pieces - lately it just feels like they are barley hanging on.

Been going to this place for years. It isn't the best CFA and I don't understand why. Lance (store operator), buddy, you're rolling in cash, you could probably finance three other CFAs with the Sun City/WASPy Austin suburb revenue that ppl just throw at you at this location, SURELY you can do better than the really inefficient 'double' drive thru/no dining room/no curbside/teammates always forgetting half my order. Bless your heart, but please get it together, there is no excuse for this location. I can drive through the CFA in Jacksonville, Mississippi of all places and have a better experience there than here, and that's Mississippi, those folks can barely read!

I have been eating Chick fil a since 1999 when I was station in Georgia while I was in the Army. I’ve taken all I can take and I can’t takes no more! This Georgetown Chick fil a is the worse I’ve ever been to. The food is the same quality as you’d expect….. when you get it all. About 10 months ago, they shorted me $20 in change when I paid with a hundred, literally pulled around to the front of the building from the drive thru and brought it to their attention too. And they refused to give me the correct change. After today, this is twice now that they have forgotten food. I live in Liberty Hill about 15-mins away. DO NOT pull out of this drive thru without checking everything! I ordered a 12 piece nugget meal for my 9 year old just to get home and realize they gave me everything, but the nuggets!!
