Great Senior Special (Burger, Fries, and Drink)
It's ok. Burgers are pretty good, but fries are just ok. Last few times they have been more limp than crispy. Recently went for breakfast before work. The biscuit was a bit undercooked and fell apart as I was eating it. It was also very salty. But .. the burgers are good as I mentioned before and they gave cherry coke! They are friendly and restaurant was clean.
I was a customer of this restaurant for a long time, and I used to frequent this location for breakfast several times a week. I would also stop by for dinner occasionally because they used to do a pretty good job. But the newest staff, including the latest manager, has really done a horrible job. As some of the other reviews mentioned, they are very rude, and act like they are doing customers a favor by letting them order food. I am not sure why corporations spend so much money to build a restaurant and then hire the absolute worst people for their staff just to run off all their loyal customers. It makes no sense! They also NEVER answer their customer service line, nor do they ever call back after suggesting to leave a message. I guess they simply don't care if they stay in business or not. They certainly lost all my business!
It's always a treat to come across a Carl's jr. It brings a sense of nostalgia for me. My father loved them growing up and i have very fond memories of driving to Carl's jr and getting the star nuggets. Although a little pricey compared to most fast food i personally dont bat an eye at the price. The food is delicious, some items unique, and the nostalgic experience are woth it to me. Its a shame they are few and far between, but i will continue to support Carl's jr. Anytime i come across one. Thank you for the excellent service and the food came out so quick!
Absolutely fast service friendly service and burger cooked fresh to order delicious. Rest rooms were clean. Will be going back next time when in Georgetown.
Love the western burger. Always fresh and hot. Very good. Nice place. Clean lobby, clean restrooms. Friendly staff. Wish there was a Carls jr in belton tx.
The breakfast biscuits are fantastic! The hamburgers are good too. The restaurant was clean and service was friendly.
I'm not a person who usually grab fast food for a meal. My husband mentioned to me that he heard that Carl Jr. had a vegetarian burger. We decided to try it and was surprisingly pleased. I have to confess, one of my biggest hangups from ordering these veggie burgers at a restaurant is the fear of a mix-up. I don't want to accidentally bite into carcass thinking I'm eating a veggie sandwich.It's the friendly or not so much order taker who bear the brunt of easing my discomfort. The lady at Carl Jr. was superb at her job.The employee acted with professionalism and courtesy. She listened intently and repeated back the order twice. Mind you, we had one burger with everything, another without onion and lastly, one with only the patty, lettuce and tomato. They not only got the order correct but they also labeled it. The burger and fries were very tasty. I definitely return and highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.
Ordered a Charbroiled Sante Fe sandwich with one of the best tasting french fries you can get Crisscut! Their customer service is usually really good and I enjoy quite a few things from their menu. It hits the Guilty Pleasure Spot!
A little pricey, however that seems to be the norm for fast food in 2021. Really tasty burger and fries. My kids liked the nuggets too.
