Absolute trash. Complete incompetency on every level. Went to pick up an order around the time it was supposed to be ready. I was told by the front post and by the bartender that they would bring it to me as soon as it was done. No such luck. It ended up sitting on a ledge for at least 10 minutes before I realize that it was at the front host desk. Upon inspection I realized that the order was completely incorrect and cold. I informed the bartender who brought it back. At that point the host asked me if I was still waiting for my order. So that immediately indicated to me that there was no communication. It took another 30 minutes to finally get my order. At this point I have not talk to a manager nor was I asked if I was OK or would like anything while I waited an extra amount of time for my order. All in all I spent almost 1 hour waiting for an order I paid for online an hour before. This place is an absolute joke. It’s garbage. It’s trash. Please don’t waste your time and support something local.
This was our 1st time in, the wait was 30 minutes, when there were over 14 tables empty, and most of patio. After being seated and asked for a menu, he brought 1 for a table of 4. I asked for more then he brought them with attitude. We ordered 2 appetizers and a lot of food. The food came out, then I reminded them of the appetizers we had ordered. He told the "hospitality manager" who then proceeded to come to the table very arrogantly and rude. I asked if they would be taken off ticket since we already had our food. Then after all of this, we didn't even have silverware. The real manager, NICK, finally came out and was amazing! Thank you Nick.
I dont know how many times I've tried different locations of Buffalo wild wings. they all disappoint. the food is always barely warm. mac and cheese should be called dry noodles. fries overcooked. boneless chicken the pieces are tiny. chicken tenders too dry. This one gets an extra star purely for the customer service who were great.
Worst service ever. I have been to so many bdubs locations and this is one of my favorite food chain to visit. This location was the worst in service. The wings were deep fried At least 10 times with made them hard and the molten chocolate cake was frozen rock, the waiter dint even heat it up. He forgot to put in the order, he forgot that we asked for napkins, drinks etc. it was multiple times he just disappeared and totally forgot to serve food. He was misbehaving and was so rude while responding. Worst thing i could ever imagine is the waiter forgot to heat the chocolate cake and was arguing that he did it. Never going to this location again.
I've been somewhat of a frequent customer at Buffalo Wild Wings and I’ve seen some improvements since my first time coming there. The hostess always seems to welcome me in and everything seems to be good. It’s only when you need something small like a drink refill, when the servers seem to disappear. It takes a while to find one, but the one Asian host always seems to help me anyways. Other than that, it’s pretty good here! The Mango Habanero wings are so hot, but the wings are kind of dry.
This was our 1st time trying this location. Very disappointed on the food. The wings weren't cooked all the way or something. You couldn't bite the skin of the chicken off. There was barely sauce on it. It was disgusting! Never going back!
I appreciate BWW hosting fight night while continuing to offer a full menu. For people waiting an extensive period of time, the Host was offering to allow mixed parties to sit together, with permission. The one complaint, the patio was closed. Would have been great for people that prefer fresh air and space.
We stopped ordering "to go" due to our last experiences of receiving an incomplete/incorrect order. My daughter came into town and asked for BWW specifically and we decided to give it another shot. I placed a large order at the bar. The bartender/server was extremely pleasant and helpful. I explained the previous experiences and she committed to checking our order before I left. The wait time was significantly longer than promised, but it was busy. The bartender told me she checked the order and I was good to go. I got home to find that once again the order was incomplete. This time, I called and asked to speak with the manager. A gentleman answered and identified himself as the manager. After explaining the mishap and previous experiences, he asked what he could do. I told him he could decide what he thought was best in order to satisfy me. He told me he would refund half of my order. I accepted, but asked that the tip for the bartender not be cut in half. He agreed and we said goodbye. As of today, I have been charged 100% of the order. Do it right the first time, and do what you say you're going to do.
Arrived to pick up two separate orders. One was ready on the pickup shelf. Took 10 minutes of standing in the doorway before I finally had to stop someone for assistance. Others were helped but I was blatantly ignored. Wait staff would rather sit and chat in empty booths than help customers. Extremely unprofessional.Edit: after a half hour of waiting, I was told my second order was being bagged. 10 minutes later, another employee rudely yelled at me that they didn't have an order under that name. The yelling was extremely uncalled for.This location either needs better management or to be shut down. The way this store is allowed to run comes down to poor management, not from being understaffed.
Ppl was friendly and definitely an excitable atmosphere lol
