We have always been a fan of the original Brookwood community located in Brookshire Texas, and we heard about the Georgetown location. This is a great retail store, that is for a great cause. We stopped in to check it out while traveling, but still had to buy quite a bit of stuff. We also had to buy a pie, so we bought a blueberry cream cheese pie. The pie was delicious.

This is such a unique and wonderful place. The gift shop is so fun and had a variety of beautiful items to choose from. The Cafe has the best food, so fresh and delicious. But the most endearing aspect is the fact this supports people with special needs. It is built around that premise and to know your dollars are going toward that effort makes it all the more special. Highly recommend this gem of a establishment. ❤️

A neighbor told me about BIG yesterday so today I made the trip to go shopping at the gift shops. I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Lorie. Lorie was super informative and very helpful. I mentioned an item I saw online and she found it for me. I found this beautiful real dried flower picture art and absolutely fell in love. While at the check out Lorie was wrapping the art when she realized it was made by Beth who coincidentally happened to be right there working in the shop right at that moment! It was meant to be! I was blessed today with being able to meet the artist that made the piece I picked and purchased. I also bought a peice of fudge that tastes like a Reeces peanut butter cup only it's like 100X better and so creamy. Oh my soul, I can't forget to mention the honey almond foaming hand soap that I also purchased. It smells so delicious! I'm finding all kinds of excuses to wash my hands just so I can use it. I will most definitely be back for more!

This was an amazing find in the heart and soul of Georgetown!❤️ The energy, warmness and top notch customer service made us feel like family. The grilled cheese was exceptional! Which included delicious havarti, mozzarella, white American and pesto. It was not greasy like most other places and was perfectly melted when it arrived to our table. Also the tomato basil soup was the best that I’ve ever had. So many flavors going on at once! Compliments to the team! We tried the vanilla latte and mocha ☕️ and they were a unique balance of flavors while not over or under sweetened. Make sure to checkout the awesome gift shop next door! Thank you to Emma V. who made the beautiful lotus flower that we purchased! Which includes many beautiful items, delicious fudge and hand soaps made exclusively by citizens of BiG! Our favorite hand soap was the peach bellini. Don’t forget to get your name on the list to attend a tour of the amazing grace building, which is available for rental of groups 100 or less people. The tour highlights vocational programs and BiG culture. Get out and support this local gem!! ??☀️

Fancy and delicious.Great place and good coffee

Love it here! Just a note - It's always busy so if you want to get a seat right away, get there at 11:30. Either way, worth the wait

Great food, great shopping, their citizens run the show and are amazing! I’ll always shop there!

My breakfast, Green eggs and bacon was wonderful. It had pesto and spinach which sounds weird but delicious! Non profit restaurant to support independent living is a great cause.

Delicious food and pies, you can shop while you wait to be seated or your to go order. Items can be pricey but they're for a good cause.
