I love visiting this Wingstop! My order is always right, timely and fresh. Customer service is awesome as well!! Would definitely recommend this location.
Went for a pick up order so can’t say much on delivery but they made my garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper delicious. Was crispy and exactly what I want from a Wingstop. Will come back again and see if the quality remains the same, for now, it’ll be my new wing place.
This is the absolute best Wingstop I have been to in a very long time! I've lived in DFW for the last 20 years, and it is so hard to find a reliable Wingstop, that makes good food!I placed a mobile order, and it was ready before I got there, I was greeted with smiles, and asked repeatedly if I needed anything, despite the fact that I just had it to go order!I will be returning to this specific Wingstop, no matter where I live in DFW. Highly recommend this location! Thank you so much to the employees, the owner, and the manager for everything you guys do to make this such a safe and enjoyable environment!

I placed an order through Door Dash and my driver waited over 30 minutes for my order to be prepared. Wingstop then told the driver that someone else had picked up the order already. I called and spoke to the manager and was very polite to him. I requested that our order be remade and given to the correct driver since it was their mistake for not checking that the orders were being given to the correct drivers. The manager told us no and that we would need to call Door Dash. I told him that it was his mistake for not checking and confirming to which he then hung up on me. He had also given me two different names, so it was either Juan or Alan. He was very rude and not helpful at all. His customer service was crummy and he did not try to help resolve the situation. I do not recommend this location and will be calling corporate.
The wings were really good with plenty of seasoning and no dry or burned wings all and all 5 Stars
