worst wing stop everhorrible customer servicecold fries , wingsi let 2 employees know sprite and fanta were out of the drinking machine.literally said let me check , never came backthe other lady said “ Go check on the other side”which i was confused but the other machine was out as well.i waited nothing was said to me.this was at 11pmif you don’t enjoy your job simply look for another one ?those cashier’s need another JOB .
Something is always missing from the order… and when you give them the chance to make it right they act like your asking for free food. I just want my order right the first time.
Over an 1:45 minutes for an 8 piece kept saying 5 more, 5 more, minutes then 10 more minutes, that was after 20 minutes of the order being ready on the app just be honest about it that you don’t have it ready. I was already late don’t you think if I wanted badly I would been there on time.
I love wing stop but the customer service is Terrible here. I was ordering at the register and this small tomboy with a nose ring , Caught her attitude for no reason I just ask her to repeat what she had said cause I didn’t hear her and she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes.Then when I go to sit down at a table to wait for my order she supposedly (“accidentally”) which I hope it was an accident , hit me with the chair while she was putting them up , cause they were closing up, She did not even bother to say sorry so my boyfriend said something to her and she ignored him and still didn’t say sorry and I know she heard him.If you hate your job you shouldn’t take it out on your customers. Like girl you don’t even know me what is your beef… regardless of how your day went or is going you should not take it out on your customers!And on top of that my food was cold like seriously. The food is what you would usually expect fro wingstop but, sometimes the food can be cold but other than that it’s great.
Overall they have always done me right until yesterday when I ordered the thighs disappointed to say the least.
They had a customer kicked out because they failed to notice they were skipping him to take others orders, I saw it for my self and the young guy was black.
I love wingstop but this time I had the worst experience with the delivery of my food and the management .I waited over an hour for my food and it never arrived when I called the store the manager romina said that wasn't her problem and I needed to call Doordarsh but I order my food through the wingstop app I paid for my food and a delivery fee plus a tip to wingstop not Doordarsh .It doesn't make sense to me the solution I was givenAt the end of the night I never got my food and I am still so mad ? ? ?
I hadn't been here in some time but have always enjoyed it. Everything was as I ordered through the app and was ready to go when I got there . Wings are always delicious. Love the lemon pepper, they're the best in my book.
Most hardest bread and fries I got . got nothing but old food not fresh at all
