I gave them a 2 star because wingstop typically is a good restaurant is just this location that gives the franchise a bad name. The fries were noticeably old and as well as the wings they were dry i even called them to make them extra wet. This has been an ongoing issue in this location
This is one of my favorite wingstops to go to. They always get my order right, and the wings just seem to taste better here than anywhere else.
Worst customer service ever. Manager was totally rude and unhelpful. Employees looked to be under the influence of drugs and my order was completely wrong after them repeating it to me multiple times.
This restaurant should be given 0 stars. The restaurant is closed for dine in so why is the drink machine so disgusting? During my visit this time the I told the lady my name and she went over to get my order. Read it and confirmed then still gave me the wrong order. She then realizes her mistake and calls me back. I get home and my fries are half done and some a burnt. My boneless "wings" are actually their thigh bites but that's not the worst part... I ordered the hot lemon pepper but this was watered down sauce with a ton of pepper. My actually lemon pepper was just grease. No flavor. I tried to give them another shot but this was my last time ordering from them. They need better quality control and management.
Place an order online which said card was invalid but took money out anyway called and the lady she said it was still pending how? When it clearly said my money was taking out of my account. I’ll advice you to go to a different wing stop bad service.
For the last mayne 5 times, every time we go the wings are worse and worse. This time the wings were way over cooked and way over dried. There were some wings that didnt have any sauce at all. Also the fries were way too salted. Ranch also tasted different. What is going on Wingstop. Do you not care any more about the quality? Do you not care any more about consistency?Do you not care any more about keeping certain regulars?
The cashier had an attitude as soon as I began ordering. She tried to correct my husband and myself about the meal we ALWAYS order at any Wingstop we go to. She got an attitude because we told her that the menu that we're looking at in store only shows it has the (meal for 2 that comes with a 15pc wings. She asked me if I wanted the 12 or the 15 piece combo I told her I had no idea there was a 12 piece I always get the 15 piece anyway she said "well it shows it here in my system it doesn't have to be on the menu but that's what they have and my husband showed her thee in store menu and told her this is all that's listed and she didn't even know their own menu. She seemed irritated that we corrected her right back due to the little knowledge of her knowing the menu that thee customers can see not what they have in their system because us being a customer we wouldn't know what's in their system. So that was that... Then I continue to order my lemon hot and lemon pepper wings with specific instructions that I would like my lemon hot wing "wet and w/ extra lemon pepper seasoning, and my lemon pepper wings with extra seasoning. I will post the photos of my disappointing order that I didn't even eat due to it not being what I ordered and so my friend ate it and it made her so sick I will never order food from this location. Little by little Wingstop is getting cut out of. Mine and my family's got to for wings I've tried so many of them and have had negative experiences at MOST.
Ordered for delivery. Status changed to delivered. Never got the order, called the store and waited on hold 2 different times for manager. Hung up and called back only to speak with the rudest manager I have dealt with. Will never order from them again. My order was still sitting at the restaurant ?
The wings sauce is watered down that is why the wings are horrible! I called to complain why the flavor was off and the employee said “ the manager makes us water the sauces down due to high demand and higher volume to meet customers time” this is horrible every time I get Wingstop it gets worst!
