The chicken was not nearly as good as it have been. I feel bad for the worker because he was trying to do it alone I'll give him an A for his effort
As a doordasher I need to be in and out of restaurants quickly... The first occasion it took 10 mins to get my order... This most recent time i went to pick up and they didnt even have the order started after already waiting 5 mins to even tell them i had an order ready... And told me i have to wait another 10 for them to prepare it... I will no longer be dashing out of that shop
They need to close this place by far the wost Williams chicken I ever had
Slow service very small restuarant only drive through and walk up window the location isnt very clean do to other restaurants and businesses around there

Try to get over on my husband and myself I charge my car three times the lady said it didn't go through so we went to check our bank account and the bank said they charge you three times for some food we go back to show her proof that they charge us three times and Machine only charged us twice but it showed on our end that they charge us three times and she didn't give us all our money back I'm very disappointed it's Williams Chicken I will not be back at this one at all.
They were out of almost everything and it was only 5pm. Staff wasn't the friendliest. The wait time was bad. This place used to be really great back in the day. This was my first time visiting in a couple of years and it's significantly gone down hill.
3 PC meal 2 legs and thigh with corn. Corn was delicious, chicken was okay
The chicken and green beans were good, the customer service was extremely lacking, nothing worse than someone that obviously hates their job
