The first time I went, I felt they were a little pricey but decided to give them a try anyway. They were out of the wing flavor I wanted, so my 2nd option they decided to upcharge saying it was a "specialty" flavor. Okay, why should I pay EXTRA cause you are out of a regular flavor preferred on the menu.. The upcharge should have been waived. Now, the wings were actually good and tasty. Fast forward 2 months. Thought about doing lunch with them, and again I was reminded of the prices...Ridiculous!!! The 5 wing combo would cost me 2+ extra dollars and one less wing vs Wingstop. I deferred to Wingstop that day. You cant be that much more vs your competitor in this day. I'm trying to save a dollar and still support small businesses, you are making it very hard...way to pricey!!!The customer service was good, but GREAT customer service would have waived that upcharge since YOU were out of my first flavor option,
This was my first time here and Gerardo has wonderful customer service!!! The Hot Teriyaki wings omg they are my new favvvvv!!! Definitely try this place
Gerardo was really friendly, everything was made fresh. If you are in a rush I’ll suggest to order ahead of time.
I’m not from Texas so I take my Wingstop very seriously. That being said there are times I prefer Wild over wings more than Wingstop. They have great customer service, they are professional and sell the best soft but decent texture wings in my opinion. I am a picky eater, trust eat here!

Wings were not small and the taste was delicious. Was in town from Houston and I’m definitely stoping here again next tine I’m in Dallas.
