So I order sausage egg and cheese Add water Burger all the time. I ordered that because they're made fresh the only way I can eat them . This location has Dry eggs as if they've been sitting out all night.. I've sent back multiple back multiple orders to the point I asked for a fresh Taquitos this time when I ordered. I had to say it 3 times Never acknowledge me through the speaker.. When I get to the window she immediately slams the door shut. When she opens it opens it doesn't greet me at all just tells me the price With a horrible attitude. She then hands me the change back and says nothing . Same thing goes with the food. Not have a good morning nothing . And guess what eggs were dry. Sorry people working here go somewhere else
This is the slowest fast food line I have ever experience I live here and it always takes 20 -30 mins to even get your food and then it’s cold most of the time like it just sits
Went there the other night it was great the only reason I put two stars is bc my friend also ordered food but his got really messed up I guess but he was all mad I thought the young girl working the window was just so sweet and the manager at o e point said something to me but she was nice and very busy but no bad vibes all good my friend didn't think so but can't win them all ok but you won me so ill make it three but next time MCRANGEL comes through throw me a free shake another reason I can't give yall four never had have shake mix and I live close like I can see the store from my view so get it soon please.

The cooks don’t know the difference between small Hashbrowns and small fries lol and since when did 2 meals only come with 1 small hash brown (that was supposed to be small fries btw). Never coming back.
When customers order their burgers without something they expect it to not have that item(s) on it. However all three of our burgers had items we didn't want on it. Don't allow people to customize their burgers if you're going to put everything they don't want on it anyways. Every time we always have a problem with this whataburger but we keep trying to give you another chance. Not again. Probably the worst I've ever been to just for the simple fact that they can't get a single order right.
If there was a way to give no stars, we would. This is the WORST Whataburger!!! It is consistently awful. Very rarely do we get anything from here, and the only reason we go is because of it's convenient location. This last time, my husband waited at the speaker for 10 minutes. It took him calling into the speaker 6 times before someone replied and he still had to repeat his order 3 times before he was asked to go to the window. And then, he waited for 20 minutes before getting his food. When he checked, there was none of the condiments we asked for (gravy and BBQ sauce). The girl at the window expressed her dislike quite clearly when my husband asked for the missing condiments. He finally makes it home and the gravy is water, the chicken bites are overcooked, and we got a Dr pepper instead of a coke. Seriously, this place is awful. Final straw for us, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.
This was such a terrible representation of what whataburger is. As soon as I walked in I could hear music blasting,you could have sworn that the staff was at their own house. They talked loud,laughed and joked around. There were curse words flying left and right. Our food took forever to come out because they were too busy having fun and not working. I will definitely not be going back here again. Its very sad that the manager that was there wasn't saying anything to correct them and instead she was joining in on the fun. Very disappointing
