Burger chosen wasn’t recognized by cashier nor gave options for something similar. Staff was just standing around and order took 15 min

I ordered two bacon breakfast platters with a side of gravy on each order and when I got home there was no gravy what makes that so terrible is the biscuit is so hard it's like a Hockey puck. I spent $14 breakfasts. Soon as I got home I called back to report the problem it rang and rang and rang and rang nobody answered and I got a message saying nobody is there to take my call so I called again same thing no answer. So not only did I only get home with about $10 worth of food they also wouldnt take my call for my complaint. Thank you Whataburger for wasting my $14 and not answering my phone call
The staff was amazing and the good was fast. I've never had a better experience at a fast food restaurant. Mr. Willy was amazing
I don’t know why I continue going here expecting a different outcome when every time it’s the same thing. Staff is rude, I order a strawberry shake, staff is slow I’m literally waiting 20 min for my food (so my shake is melted), my order is literally ALWAYS wrong! Fix your night staff this is ridiculous!!
All I can say I do not recommend customers to eat or work here you will be disappointed for long waits mess up orders etc.
Lived in Texas 12 years and never had whataburger. Got it and was a little pricey but the bun made it worth it. The softest bun I have ever had with a burger. Oh yeah, the burger was OK to.
The employees at this location are nice and im not really a burger person but the chicken strip sandwich is awesome!! Not dry like most but very tasty
Whoever took my order at the drive thru was persistently rude. I was constantly asked "what do you want!" To the point I was pressured to order anythingAnd they couldn't hear me so they yelled "I can't hear you so what do you want!". I get the drive thru sucks but then they forgot my debit card until I asked for it. Rude establishment. I don't like being yelled at first of the morning after a long night shift. I've worked this job before get over yourself. Be a decent person.
This location is always busy but most of the time moves fairly quick. Food is not great- other locations have MUCH better quality, but for something edible this is alright. Not worth their prices though.
