I placed an online order for my family of 4. Let me tell y'all, the food was made FRESH!! That says a lot in terms of fast food. The thing that had me most impressed with this location was the fact that we ordered 2 large onion rings, and you know they make those fresh to order. Not only were the onion rings piping hot when they brought my order out, but so were the French fries and all the burgers ?. This will continue to be our chosen Whataburger location!

Edit to add: We returned to try breakfast at this location and this crew is amazing! Every single worker was nice. Food was hot and fresh. The girl with the tattoos is on it. She knew the regulars and their orders and was very pleasant. So I guess it just depends on the employees working and what time of day.This is my Cobb salad. No cheese. No bacon. For nearly $9. Waited 20 minutes. Our hot food was lukewarm. My fries were missing and when I told the lady, she took my entire bag of food back. Based off the reviews, this place seems to need some help. On a positive note, their onion rings are amazing and the Dr. Pepper shake is awesome. Tasted like cherries and was really delicious!

Ordered a burger with all the veggies, fries and a breakfast taquito for the morning. The wait in line was over 30 minutes since I was able to finish a whole episode of Jane the Virgin while waiting. I was stuck in the car line needing the pee badly since they closed their dining room early and I couldnt get out of the line and was on a time schedule for my job/kid, with mo food at home.I ended up spending over $12, didnt get fries fries, no veggies at all on my burger, and then my taquito was the wrong one.Very sad considering its normally good during the day for lunchBut the person at the drive through tonight was very rude and just wanted to get rid of the customers. When I mentioned I at least wanted the fries, they gave me very cold, old ones. It's too late to go back and get a refund for the taquito and no veggies on the burger. Sucked.

Worst experience at Whataburger . The gentleman at the window was absolutely the rudest employee, they were out of bacon and gave the typical story of the shake machine being cleaned!!! Came by yesterday and the food was the worst I ever tasted. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Ordered through the mobile app a few times. Everytime I do curbside pickup it takes forever for someone to bring the food out to me and some times I ended up going inside to get it. This past time I ordered for take out, since I'd probably end up going inside anyway. The app has the dine in hours begining at 6am but when I got there around 7:45 to pick up the doors were locked. I went to the drive thru to let them know I was there for pick up and I ended up waiting in the line to get my order. Waited to get my food 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up time, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering for pick up ahead of time.Food was okay. Warm but not hot. The chicken was overcooked and hard.

In the past this Whataburger has always been a toss up if I'm going to get the extra sauces that I do have to pay extra for but I let that slide every time. Not a huge issue.Then, maybe 6 months back, I ordered a normal Whataburger, nothing special and when I got home and bit into it, I found there was NO patty. How do you miss putting a party on a burger?? You would think that would deter me from ever buying anything from there again.Today I decided I would just drive by and pick up a coke. I mean, how could they get that wrong? I drive up to the window and the man that was helping me was obviously trying to feel around for a straw. Then he just hands me my drink and says they're out of straws. Really?? You don't have any straws in the entire store? Not to mention that you're establishment is in a Tom Thumb parking lot. Someone couldn't have just walked over to the store and bought some straws? Also note, they were not busy. I was the only one in line. I honestly just felt like he didn't want to restock the straws at that very moment but who knows.All that said, mistakes are going to happen understandably but no place of business should be that frustrating to buy from.

Food was delicious & hot. We did pickup and didn't realize two things on our order were incorrect until we got home.

This was by far the best green chili bacon burger that I have eaten!!! Kuddos to the kitchen. Very clean dinning room. Great experience.

I'll be honest, Whenever I started realizing that customer service was bad at this location it just got even worse. Earlier tonight I ordered online and the whattaburger app said my food would be ready for curbside pickup between 8:06 and 8:08 and I waited for about till 8:45 and then I went inside to get my food and I noticed how it looks like a full crew in the restaurant working but no one could come and bring my food to the car. I don't plan on coming back to whataburger for a long time.

The associate was very nice and accommodated us. Took our tray and trash up for us. Check out was good as well as the food. The restaurant was nice and clean!!!
