The service is always bad as far as mannerism when u pull to the window they always seem kind of rude or never welcoming more so. Every time I come to this location I regret it. One time they got my order wrong another time I was told to pull to the front while I watched them serve three people behind me. I had to go in to get my order which they seemed to have forgotten I was waiting because my food was sitting there. When I got home everything was cold not warm at all anymore I had to reheat it ?. Every time I go something goes wrong or the service is just trash. I'm not using this location anymore I recommend switching as well or you'll just have to go and see for yourself. I use to go for the area convenience but now I rather drive to a better location.
Had talked to Adam on monday on giving this location another shot since its under new management came in yesterday and it felt like no one really knew what was going on as one of the managers was taking my order it seemed like he didnt know his own mean or how to operate his register, food came out at a decent pace but the fries were unsalted unfortunately and it was weird not being given a number like ive been use to for them to know who has what. Im still giving this place another shot just when Adam the operating manager is there to make sure everything runs smoothly and nicely.
Horrible service! What’s the point of curbside delivery if you still have to go inside to get it and it’s just sitting there on counter. Didn’t even get an apology from the manager. They weren’t even that busy.
Waited 4 deep in drive through before ordering. Then waited in line until I paid ....then after 6 minutes the young lady at the window asked if I would pull up front and wait until someone brought my order to me. I waited 20 minutes before I walked in the counter area and questioned the time factor in getting a patty melt and fries ...someone brought a bag from the back and said "Thanks for waiting" . Bad whataburger!!!!
So everything was good except for the young man working drive thru. He was not attentive, receptive, pleasant, nor did he have any clue what customer service looks like. I still gave them 5 stars because 1 grumpy employee shouldn't represent the entire store. If you don't like your job, go get a different one. Hope your workdays get better.
The food was Good I was expecting better service employees not customer friendly today. not derespectful either first time back in this whataburger after 23 years of not been in this area
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH GRAVY!!!It’s gross and spoiled!!! It has a dark color and its very salty!! Very disappointed!!It’s not the first time this location has failed me. I have been eating Whataburger since the 60's at the original location. Today it was the worse burger I have ever eaten in my life. They over salted, too much mustard and too many slices of tomatoes on a junior burger. This is the last Whataburger I will ever eat.
There is a young lady working the front counter who is rocking that dining room. She is very good and deserves a raise. She is the only one up there and is multi tasking like no other. She is also taking safety to a whole other level, she did switch her gloves between different tasks.Kuddos to this young lady, Haley M who deserves to be Employee of the Month.
About 630 am. Waited at the order screen for about 5 minutes before being greeted. About 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of me to get to the pick up/pay window. They tried giving me the wrong order. And my food was not hot. All whataburgers aren't created equally...
