Wendy's is a childhood favorite of mine, I love being able to stop here once in a while. Food is always so good!
I went to try the new Honey Hot Chicken Sandwich. While it's was nothing special it was still decent. The dried dill left an unforgiving taste in my mouth but overall way to go Wendy's.
Food was fine but you have to go thru the drive thru at dinnertime. The wait was forever. Also I put in a mobile order that they could not find initially.
They were nice friendly it was just the line was really long and i waited about 20 mins just for 2 Frosty. But at least the have good customer service.
3X they have never got the order correct... If you are going to live here in Texas, please learn english... I am glad to see the workers working, butcommunication is horrific at this location... I think GOATS could do abetter job... I think eventually the drive thru will be 100% Automated, andyou will just key in your order via/phone or touch screen....
they will rip you off, avoid this place!!despite national tv commercials on Christmas Day advertising $1 sausage/egg/cheese breakfast biscuits, this location told us it had expired. total BS!go to the Mc Donalds next door, screw this place!!
French fries was great,fresh and hot...cheeseburger ? not so great, it was cold. Plus I like my bin toasted!
New fries were not that much different. We had good service but our burgers did not have a good beef flavor.
This location off of Centerville near 635 in Garland has my lowest rate & will NEVER go again. This location has VERY IMPATIENT EMPLOYEES. I have a special needs child & we just pulled up to try to decide what we wanted. The girl DIDN'T say welcome to Wendy's, May I take your order. She told us order when you're ready 8 times in justvthe 1ST MINUTE. Like seriously?? Why are you rushing so fast when we seriously just got there? Then when we were ready to pick up our food. . . Still no friendly smile nor greeting from the other 2 girls. One even looked like a manager & looked like she was having an annoying bad day. That's not my fault. Why take it out on us? VERY RUDE. I would give zero stars, but it isn't an option. Bad service. They need to watch videos on how to treat customers NICE.
I ordered spicy chicken sandwich meal. Idk what this.....also 2asnt given a receipt... efff.... food is too expensive to be getting these orders wrong. $15 an hour and this what I get. Smh.
