Check your order.They have left off drinks and fries. REPEATEDLY.Also watch prices.They will charge you much more than posted price on the board.
Not the best, but acceptable. Trouble understanding the attendant ordered two medium frostys and got smalls. Probably didn't need the bigger anyway. Better luck next time Wendy's.
Ordered online, delivery was prompt. I ordered an apple, Walnut chicken salad. While eating I discovered that the lettuce was dirty. Lettuce was not washed at all, I could see the dirt. I called and they treated me like I ate and wanted a refund. Whatever happened to make it right. I'm still in disbelief of this discovery.
Whoever opens the stores on Saturdays...opened late...I sat at the speaker...and waited...no greeting...I said hello....no response...I waited still...nothing...I tried again and said hello...silence....I kept waiting as I thought of the chicken biscuit I love getting from Wendy's...Still no greeting...no response...just me talking to myself. I drove up to the window and see a headset laying on the counter without a head attached to it. Then, the woman comes over with a box and I think, "Okay, she took off her headset to get some frozen meat from the back and now she is going to take my order once she comes to the window." Instead, she makes direct eye contact with me and laughed to herself as she proceeded to ignore me and take the person at the speakers order on the headset....I don't think I deserved that when I was the one who got there first before the line formed and I waited a few minutes to be served. I wasn't given friendly service. It was rude. And, I am honestly not going back if that is how all the staff treat customers. You wanna work a job because you need something to do with your life? Or, do you want to serve others by humbling yourself and placing their needs on an equal level with your own? Had she came over and said to me, "Can you please give me a moment? I am trying to get everything ready and I know it is taking a little while. I am sorry about the wait!" I would have been fine waiting as long as she wanted me to. Unfortunately, you allow disrespectful people to work in a place where a customer's entire perception of a store is based on a single interaction with the first employee they meet. Retrain, give breaks, open later if you're short staffed, and do whatever you can to keep employees happy and motivated. No one deserves that kind of treatment.
I ordered a natural lemonade without ice in the drive-thru. I repeated the order twice. I heard the person taking my order if she could do that. The shift lead filled the order with light ice and looked out the window at me as if he were looking for me to say something, I didn't. I just won't go to Wendy's again.
Little slow at drive thru.the new bourbon bacon burger seemed small for price ,but was good.dont really like Wendy's but will go back.dont get sweet tea
Their burgers are square for a reason, they don't cut corners. While their food is often hot and fresh, you may often find yourself waiting to place your order. I recommend placing a mobile order for a faster experience.
Service has been mediocre to bad since beginning of the year. Food is sub standard, items often missing (but charged for). Maybe next year will be better.
Good food, fresh hot product. Fries perfect. Inexpensive.
Have been coming to this location for years because the service is always better than other locations. Had a small mistake on our order due to miscommunication but Roman fixed it immediately and with a smile. We will keep coming back to our favorite Wendy's!
