Today was my familys first time at waffle house at 10pm. I was worried bc some people had said that their food was not good and I read on the reviews that employees were rude. Fortunately, i did not have that experience what so ever. The food was given to us quick. It was nice to see how they cooked infront of us. They were all nice and kind workers. Our waitress was asking us if we had everything correct and minutes later after we got the food she asked if everything was all good. Very kind woman??Lastly, they had very good music on, like they had me jammin out ?We will for sure visit again ❤️‼️ thank you
We stood waiting to be seated no one greeted or cared!The tables were dirty and one young man finally said hey this one area was clean! We sat there for the longest no one came to take our order just kept walking by looking at us no I'll be e with you. Once they began serving people that came after us we felt completely disregarded and left!
The people at this waffle House is friendly helpful and I always take care of my order and get it right nice people give them 10 Stars I'll give them 10
Service was totally on point and they were super busy. If the waitress couldn't get it, one of the cooks had her backed. Our food was served quickly and my toast was the best I've ever had at any Waffle House. I frequent the Mesquite, Scyene Rd location but this Garland location was very impressing. The TEAM of servers rocked with quality service and food. Most enjoyable experience one could have eating out.
We love Waffle House! Always look for one when we travel! But this location at 3109 Juniper Rd in Garland Tx was by far the best we’ve ever been to!! Food was Fresh and hot!! We were greeted by friendly staff when we walked in! Our waitress was superb! My grandson spilled his water almost as soon as it was put in front of him and was so embarrassed, that waitress smiled at us, smiled at him and said , I have three babies at home , this little mess is nothing!!!! Thank you!!!
I'm STILL in a BLESSED mood because off my unplanned coincidental visit to this waffle house. The staff.. Wow the staff that morning was a breath of fresh friendly inspiring uplifting air! I went in at a VERY low point and I STILL smile when I think of that visit. A VERY lovely HAPPY sweet couple sent a waitress to me because they wanted to BUY ME FOOD! ? WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE?? I cried.. and when I tell you.. my bacon sandwich and my hash browns AND COFFEE were PERFECT?! THAT WAS A FIRST. DEFINITELY GOING AGAIN. THANK YOU ALL
Good food, good service, not much more you can ask for from a Waffle House!
The service was great, but my bacon was not cooked per request. Then I see the cook pour what look like black grease on the grill. I'm thinking about how my food was cooked. I've been sick for two days, now wondering if that was the case. I won't be going back.
This waffle house here has rude customer service due to the fact I wanted my food cooked a certain way and the lil bitty boy that runs the cash register got madd because I said I know my food is cold by now and he responded I can refund u back and refuse your service, I told him I have aright to get my food hot and right.. plus there real ghetto here the cook wares his flip flop to work in cooking in them the front stay nasty the bathroom is nasty he's using the same cook ware to cook ppl orders in them. They are really a making the waffle house look bad.
Food was awesome. Could use a deep cleaning, but it's a Waffle House. It's not really necessary to not have a really clean store these days. The atmosphere was fun, able to have conversations with people 15 feet away. Group discussions, good times. Can't find that anywhere else.
