Even tho it's very small, that doesn't mean it's somehow bad. The perfect amount of sweetness, and a good helping of boba was what I got in my Thai tea. Out of the tea I've gotten lately, my favorite has been from Vivi's. And the prices were far more reasonable than others, as well, despite being in Firewheel.

I’m a loyal customer.the tea is very good and taste amazing! The staff is very friendly, except for this young girl with blue hair.Evertime she takes my order she tries to rush me and seems to always give me a attitude.
Me and my girlfriend ordered a Oreo Creme Brûlée and a Taro Milk tea. Both of these drinks were pretty underwhelming along with the Taro milk tea being water down and tasted more like the jasmine tea component it’s made with versus taro. My Oreo drink was okay but also tasted a bit water down as well. The cashier who took our order was a blue haired person who was quite rude and kind of shown a bit of an attitude. She didn’t seem very patient with us and continued to gossip about other customers after our order. As well as drinking their boba while in mid-transaction with us. I hope next time our drinks taste better.
its okay...i went during the summer so i expected it to be busy, but not so busy that the tables and chairs are tossed against the walls and the lines are going out the door.the workers were kind to me and my friends and got us what we wanted without messing it up so that was nice.however my friends drink made her very sick :(
They have always been quick, effeicient, and accurate in my experience. A little expensive compared to the boba shop in my area, but may be justified by their wide selection. May want to try one of their macaroons one days because their lovely display of them always raises my appetite. Its a great place to grab a quick drink with friends. Im hoping to come back here again in the near future
The teas are always great! But the customer service is always horrible! The young girl kept asking “anything else” in a rude tone and I was still ordering! Then (this time) when my drink came out it had boba and jelly and all kinds of stuff in it, when I asked her if she can remake it even tho they charged me extra, she said no I would have to buy another one. The time before that…. Let’s not even start. Customer service is a one star for me. Every single time they make they ”milk tea” it is filled to the rim and twice it had busted open on me today would be the third time within the last month!
Tea is good, but they wont mix any flavors that aren't selections on the menu example, peach and lychee mix).
It was really busy when we went, but I didn't mind the wait. Girl that helped us at the register was very knowledgeable and friendly. I forgot a tea and they were holding it for me when I went back. The teas we got were great! Can't wait to try other flavors. My daughter loved it after having an underwhelming experience with the last place (which had so many positive reviews) we tried. We will definitely be back!
Closest boba store to me so I go here often. They mess up every time. Ordered 2 drinks, got 1. Waited an extra 15 minutes on top of the normal 8-10 minute wait. Got my 2nd drink and it had boba when I ordered no with boba.
