I got that 10 trompo taco special. It was yummy. Came with the fixins' I expected and good green sauce. I'm too afraid of trying the red. The tromp were very flavorful. I'll have to try some tripas and lengua next time.
My husband and I love this place. They have great food and a very friendly staff but tonight they were mopping with Fabuloso and I am extremely allergic.The cashier volunteer to bring my food outside to me but our dine in had to become a takeout and I will not be able to return in person.
Waited for my order, 30 minutes. Really unprofessional staff. Cashier: Carmen took my order, with name. I took a sit by the door, to wait for my name to be called. My name was never called, after 30 minutes of waiting I decide to ask for my order. They had it ready this whole time. But never called my name. I’m not the type of person that complaints, but, this was ridiculous, taking in mind that it was only me and some other customer inside the restaurant waiting for our orders. How are you going to forget to call out our order? If your not trying to wait for your tacos 30 mins just go somewhere else.
Always loved eating here but not after today , a piece of a glove was in my trompo torta and as I was telling my wife she’s biting her chicken torta and spits out a big piece of plastic she was disgusted and threw up. Called up there many times but no one answered so I had to drive back up there to let them know.
I’ve seen this place for years but never took a chance on it. I had no idea what Trompo meant. I finally got the courage up and it was SOOOO GOOD! I wish I had gone long before then. I get the Trompo bowl and a side of elote’ every time because I like them so much. One day I’ll try something else. ?
Seriously some of the best real street taco's I've had in a long time. The trompo tacos alone where definitely delicious. The salsa Verde and salsa Roja where delicious additions. Their cheese fries were also amazing. Covered in cheese, sour cream and salsa. Will definitely be going again to try items.
I had beef fajita tacos and they were so good and they fill them up with a lot of meat. I’ll definitely be ordering again better than fuel city
The Trompo Burger is disgusting. Lots of greasy stale chopped up meat on a bun with cheddar cheese melted all over. It was literally inedible and went right in the trash. The Trompo nachos were the same! Very disappointed! Stick to the tacos here. They are at least edible.
First and last time! ?Very bad customer service and they charge for pineapple in the tacos al pastor (trompo) when is one of the key ingredients of those tacos.? First the cashier took the order wrong (adding 2 bottle sodas and 1 fresh water), we wanted 1 soda (cashier saw that we took it from the refrigerator) and when my husband went for the food he asked for my horchata, they asked which size when they already charged for an extra soda of 3.25, so the fresh water sizes sm 2.50 and med 3.50 so they gave the small horchata to my husband (so they owe us 0.75 cents ?but they didn't notice because I guess they don't know the numbers just when they have to charge, I asked for pineapple in my tacos al pastor, they said they charge it, I said it's ok, I taught they will put the pineapple and then they will charge it, so they made us pay for pineapple before eating the tacos that were becoming cold, ?my husband was making line, I told him to come back to the table, my tacos were cold already and he was still in the line to pay, at last I saw the order's ticket, made numbers and told they how unsatisfied we were because they horrible service, they understood when I explained them like 2 or 3 times because they don't know numbers, they asked me if I wanted a drink or my 0.75 cents that they owed us, told them to keep it. I still don't know how much they charge for the pineapple because it's not in the extra side charges ? ? ?
They have the best Barbacoa tacos,I eat here at least 3 times a week. We get it for take out and just as good as if I was there. Food is always right. In my experience!
