After walking out of Bar Louie’s due to no service at all. I walked into TGI Friday’s at about 9 PM Wednesday evening and We were immediately greeted. We sat at the bar and in no time at all our drink order was taken and then my food order. The music was great and the other customers were having a great time. I watched the entire jump in and fill in wherever needed to make sure the customer experience was nothing short of amazing! Shout out to the staff and manager of this location. You all ROCK!!
Staff is rather friendly and patient to their customers. The atmosphere is always very comforting and perfect for intimate gatherings or dates. I would recommend getting the brownie dessert. Has a rich,l chocolate brownie with a serving of ice cream and caramel sauce on top. Great to share with a loved one
Service was AWFUL. I went to fire wheel for my first ever date and it was fun, until we went to TGI Fridays. When we walked in it was another restaurant we waited to get seated, got out menus and, waited for a waiter to get out order. That was the problem though, waiter after waiter looked us dead in the eye and walked right past us. It was a semi busy day but I couldn't even count how many times waiters walked and looked at us. We ended up having our "staring contest" with he waiters for 30 minutes. Until finally a lady showed up and took our order. We thought we could order our food and forget about it but the waiter constantly was flirting and staring off into space. All in all just not the best time.
Had a great experience. Server was great at recommendations as well as attentive to drinks and napkins etc. Food was great as well. There was a lot of people coming in and very low staffing, but they still did a great job not forgetting about us and other tables.
We enjoyed this meal. The burger and chicken was on point. Service was lacking but I wasn’t dying of thirst. Overall 4 stars.
I have mixed feeling about this one, atmosphere was nice but yet the restaurant was empty, with only one server who did pretty good and was knowledgeable and helpful, food is a hit or miss , some items were delicious while others especially pastas were horrible, but over all not too bad
Had appetizer and a frozen margarita. The loaded bucket of fries was great. The margarita was not. Taste like tequila on shaved ice. Not good
My Momma, husband, brother, daughter and I went to eat lunch there for my Birthday. The waitress Cali Ray was so sweet and friendly. I would highly recommend eating here. The food we all ordered was delicious
Was supposed to get 6oz medium rare steak but this wasn't even cooked, was still COLD I the middle and was maybe at best 4oz. The kids Mac n Cheese was so under cooked that the noodles were still crunchy. Manager made good and removed the steak but won't be back.
