Have been looking for good Mexican food since we moved here from Chicago in 2015. This Taco Cabana hit the mark. Friendly employees even through the drive through.
Rude employees, and when I got into my vehicle to eat my quick breakfast, THIS is what I got. The tacos were cold, bland and failed to be the quality YOU train your employees to put out. Highly dissatisfied. I basically got potato tacos. I could have paid $1 at Walmart and $2 for tortillas and made my own decent tacos for that. AND THEN you didn’t have the salsa I asked for because you didn’t “have time”. You open at 6am, I’m betting you get there EARLY to prep do you not? You either don’t know or don’t care. Get your stuff together taco cabana.
I wanted to try the new "Barilla" Quesadilla. The cashier rung me up for a Steak Quesadilla instead. I drove back up there and got the sauce. I know masks are muffled and I can understand checking a receipt and food for burgers and sandwiches. I thought the store manager would make it right after getting an email. I forgot their name. The cashier said "hold on" and asked me my name. She came back and I thought she got a hold of the store manager and asked me what I wanted to order and then charged me for it. I'm not wasting my gas to go back up there after I wasted my gas the first time. Never again Taco Cabana I am through. From now on I'm only patronizing your competitor across the street.
my mom and i were the only ones inside the restaurant and the food took a long long time. the floor was disgusting and dirty with food and trash.
Food was over cooked, and cold. They have over priced the food. I paid $ 10 for 2 tacos, a drink, chips and cheese sauce. It didn't come with rice and beans
I have been here multiple times only because it is the only one close to me, but they have only gotten my order correct 1 time... they will give you cold or undercooked food, they will try to double charge you, and they will forget something in your order all at the same time. I really wish there was another one because I love the menu, but I can't ever go here again because they are completely incompetent
i ordered a Lime Margarita and this is what i received.Highly Dissapointed it was given with no ice untill i said somthing and then the worker went back to put ice.Looks nothing like what is advertised.
Careless workers. . Girl brought me the bag and didn't say anything and when I got home and opened it this is what I got . . Picked them up and the flautas were stuck together and undercook . . Shredded chicken for the tacos was cold and no plastic ware whatsoever . . Best thing was the margarita .
Condiment bar not being used. Usually a couple of flour tortillas are provided with the meal. Not today. Had to go back to the cashier and request items. But no list of things available is provided. They no longer have sour cream sauce for chicken enchiladas. How is that even possible?Even with these issues the food was warm, tasty and of good quality.
Good Mexican food. Prices were a little high, but the food is done well. Employees are super nice and accommodating and the atmosphere is really good making for a great experience.
