Took another chance on taco bueno. Failure again. Didn't get all our food. I told the lady at the counter, but no...that wasn't good enough. I had to show my receipt and unpack all my other food to prove I wasn't lying. They finally made my burrito, but AFTER they made everyone else's food ahead of me. So cold food again because of wrong order. Shame on me for trying yet again.
Not very clean and all employees look frustrated. When ordering my combo I noticed the price was off. So I asked and she stated that's what it cost. So after reviewing the order she had added an upgraded drink so I asked why she did that and she said she would not answer me. After every one in the dinning room herd this conversation they realized she had dis the same thing to everyone. I was surprised no one ask for a refund but, stated they would not be back. Please becareful here.
Great food, great service. Every visit the food is terrific and the employees are very polite and helpful. Thank you to my local TB team, they are the best!
If I could give a negative rating I would!!! The manager at this location (Rosie) was extremely rude and messed up my large order. She did not want to fix the problem instead tried to blame me. I could go on but if you want Taco Bueno go to different location.
I waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to take my drive through order. Several cars behind me drove away. Once I got to the window everything was done quickly. I noticed only 1 table seated when I was driving away.
Decent food, ok service. A little slow on menu updates. It does the trick.
Horrible! Food is always stale, burritos have a teaspoon of beans, if that, tortillas are hard and not fresh. I have given this place multiple chances just thinking they were having a busy or bad day but NO MORE! Don't waste your money.
Worst Bueno experience ever. Food was not fresh. Will never order from this location again.
It took FOREVER for someone to come to the counter.The chip reader does not work.The food was great.
my son and I went here for lunch and the people behind the counter we're way too distracted in conversation amongst each other, to take the time to take our order (FYI they weren't busy). We walk out and then to another taco place up the street.
