Just went there ordered through the Drive Thru got charged $1.39 for a MED Powerade that I didn't order. I've been trying to call the phone number on the receipt which rings several times then goes to a busy signal. Tried calling calling straight from Google Map which that phone number is no longer in service.The food was alright except for the chips which was stale.
Went to order inside to sit and enjoy our meal. Waited and then left to go through the dirve through to be told customers inside are not the priority and we were ignored completely.
The food is hot, fresh, and an 8/10 in my opinion

Not my favorite Bueno. It has an outdated feel. Kind of smells like old mop water.
The heavy set lady at the drive threw is always rude and when you ask for 5 hot sauce and two pico de Gallo she don't pull what you ask for or nothing at all..the taco or burritos they make they are greedy with the beans and meat..if you ask for a bean burrito is the same size as the party burrito or part taco..I always feel unwelcome and like they don't love their job..maybe they need to look for another job!!
I Love Taco Bueno, but sometimes the pico is a lot fresher when u go inside. It appears spoil in the lil containers. With all that's going on these days, u just have to be careful PERIOD!!!
Their chips were stale and they charged almost $4 for chips and queso the chips were from 2 days ago I think not happy at all too much money to have stale chips and they didn't even care didn't even make sure the chips were good to sell to the customer
The new brisket quesadilla was okay. Babe got a combo. Fast service, okay food, could've made it better at home but it is what it is. Avoid fast food at all cost. The government does NOT have your best interest at hand.
