This Subway is closer to my home and every now and then I'm in the mood for a sub sandwich. My husband loves the Meatball sub plain with cheese, I love the Tuna with spinache tomatoes onions and extra pickles and mayo. It's the best. I'm sure everyone has their special way they like their sub fixed.

This Subway location was clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. The restaurant was set up nicely for safe dining. Our sandwiches were tasty and will visit this location again.

Went in got my 2 sandwiches the man was being really rude no customer service whatsoever, came up to pay and he didn’t wanna take my card because he said his machine was slow then when I payed in cash i asked for a receipt and he said that machine was working properly either, i wont be going to that location anymore.

Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, it did. The bread was over baked, dry and crispy. Then he omitted the ham , on a Turkey/ham sandwich. Then the cherry on top, the 4 cookies were over cooked, dry and hard on the bottom. Had to trash them. This is the location next to Dollar Tree on Hwy78, Garland. Not that one is need, but a personality would help too.

UPDATE! They hired a lovely young woman who is friendly and competent! Amazing change and now updated my review! Thank you for hiring her and hope you pay her well!The food is fresh but the man who has been there (not the owner) the last several times I've been there acts like he's high or something and never understands me. Every time I've asked him to cut my kids sandwhich into 3 instead of 2 and he always looks at me with a blank stare and cuts into 2. My 11 year old son is convinced this man can't count. This has happened the last 5 TIMES I've been there. I love subway and the owner is not super social but efficient and always correct, but this worker needs to go. He's either incompetent or strung out every shift. I will try one more time to just have him not cut it at all and see if he can manage that simple instruction. Will update my review if he fails or succeeds at this one simple instruction.

I won't come here ever again!!! The owner aka the indian guy is really stingy and doesn't accept subway coupons!!! Its cool though i don't really use em. He barely puts anything on the sandwiches. This happeneds everytime he made so its confirmed. Last time I walked in there he was the one preparing the sandwiches, so I ordered four footlong breads apparently ,barely any toppings ?. When he finished making em and said 38.22, I laughed and walked out. He's ridiculous if he thinks I'm paying for those insults?. For those of you who continue buying subs from here, I assume its because the weight watcher is not there putting people on diets ? ??

The guy that works here has such a huge attitude and looks like he hates working there.. he portioned my sandwhich terribly! I barely had chicken on my sandwhich! Not to mention how he just threw my veggies on my sandwhich. I would tell him what I wanted on my sandwhich and then he’d ask With an attitude on what I wanted. This location needs to find a new worker that actually likes their job. His name started with an S that’s all I know. He needs to be fired ASAP. This also isn’t the first time this has happened.

Edit: This location doesn't take coupons! STAY AWAY! IDK if there is new management or what but this place is now a dump. Why be a subway rewards member if you don't get rewards?Best subway I've ever been to! Bread is always baked just the way I like it! Consistent quality which is unmatched by other franchises. Usually no line and good employees that actually recognized me when I come again!

The man that runs this place has no customer service at all. I’ve given him multiple chances (about 6 or so), and every single time it seems that he is very unhappy people are coming into his store. Not to mention he doesn’t take any coupons which doesn’t bother me because I don’t mind paying full price, but the sweet little old couple came in with a coupon and he said no that they’re not allowed to use it. Even though the specific coupon they were wanting to use was not up on the list of coupons that he was not accepting. The old couple ended up walking out.Now let’s get to the sandwich. Fortunately today he had bread ready. But the bread was really overcooked and almost stale, not to mention he puts barely any meat or toppings on the sandwich. Everything is very minimal.I’ve given him multiple chances don’t expect good service, or a good sandwich.

DO NOT USE APP. THEY GOT ORDER WRONG AND DID NOT COMPLETE ITEMS BUT CHARGED FOR THEM AND THEN WOULD NOT ANSWER PHONE. LOVE SUBWAY, BUT THIS WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! :(
