Made an online order and the website said it would be done at 6:35. I show up at 6:40 to find the door locked and two employees inside. I call to let them know I had an online order and they told me to get a refund. Website said the food was ready, but they never even started making it. Website said the place should have been open until 9:30.Didn't even get a call to tell me my order wouldn't be made despite the website asking for your number for updates for your order. No apology from them. Never come to this Subway.
This subway is so poorly operated. I don't know if it's the Owner or the management team that's at fault, but someone doesn't know how to run a business. First red flag: The few times I have ordered from this location I've noticed a "due to supply chain issues customers cant get extra toppings" sign. This is not a supply chain issue when the subway on Broadway and Colonel 2 miles up the road has no issues with stocking product. Quit blaming your poor management skills on "supply chain issues". Second red flag: The most recent time I went to this location I walked in and was immediately told "we're out of Turkey, Ham, Chicken, and Tuna" from the two emplyees sitting in the booth opposite the ordering counter. I just turned around and walked out. Its fine though, I just decided not to go to this location anymore and go to the Store on Broadway and Colonel. I've told them how terrible this location is and they always respond "Oh we know, we hear stories all the time."
Went in at 2pm doors were locked but someone inside was ordering and lady told us to go away, Won’t come here again, always closing early for whatever reason.

I ordered on the app and the food was good no complaints about the quality of the sandwiches but when we got there, the door was locked. It was 4:30pm on a Saturday?!? The lady finally opened the door for me and said she was working on my order but she locked the door again. I asked her why the door was locked and she said because they are closed. The store hours read they would close at 9pm. I’m very confused. Please update the business hours.
Tried to enjoy a sandwich here today.... they closed more than a hour and a half early. Would not let us in. Was rude when I asked why they were closed so early. While typing this the employee let someone in but not us. Not sure what's happening here but often service is bad and almost always out of ingredients
4 years ago : Great staff, friendly and helpful.Now - I have a family, when I walk in and tell them that I have several orders, I am told they will not do it, 6 or 7 sandwiches is a catering order...No line whatsoever, no one waiting, I would not have been inconvenience ANYONE besides the staff that did not want to work.Top that with a web site that never works and won't let you customize when it does work.Not going back. To this store at least.
Worst location ever.. The 3 black women all have nasty attitudes for no reason. They gave me someone elses order. Tried to call the store several times no response... One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Today was my first and last time there
One of the associates called her by name but I forgot. Ms something. She makes my order everytime I go in there. Get my sandwich double toasted. THEEEEE BEST!!!!!!
