I arrived to this location 1:25 pm and waited 25 minutes to order. I arrived to the speaker to place my order and waited about 15-20 more minutes to get to the window to only get told that they are having issues with the credit card reader and are only taking cash. I understand that things happen but if they knew they were already having issues with the credit card machine, it would have been nice to been told when I was placing my order so I didn’t wait the extra time. Instead they told me there was nothing they could do unless I had cash. I had to leave my drinks behind to go get cash out at the Bank because I had promised my family drinks and this is the only Starbucks location near me.
I visited 3 days ago and it seemed to take 3 days to get through the line. At least my coffee was hot. My friend tells me she has to ask them to heat her coffee up. I'm not sure if everybody's drinking iced coffee these days but for whatever reason the coffee is always lukewarm which is a big disappointment for the price that you're paying. Please keep the hot coffee hot. The plus is all the staff is friendly and the coffee is usually good.
I typically order from this location and it’s honestly hit or miss if the coffee/drinks will be decent. Coffee will sometimes taste burned and if you order a drink with coconut milk don’t expect much of the milk. Today was a new experience though, they had a power outage due to a storm last night that knocked out their ovens (totally understand and no one to blame) so the hot breakfast food items were not available for purchase.Apparently all bakery items were marked as not available for purchase,who knew you can’t eat baked goods without them being warm?! The inability of the staff being able to differentiate between an item that requires heating and a pre baked item that is ready for consumption without heating prior had me not spending my money. This also reminded me on why I stopped going to this location
Excellent the young man at the window was very friendly and kind. Our drinks were delicious!!
They got it right! My drink is usually toooo sweet but it's perfect!
It's in a great location, but the place itself is a bit small to where no more than like 5 people can sit indoors.
Went thru drive thru just for coffee but during dinner time, still very quick with order.
New to the area and have ordered here twice before. Great experience. Today not so great.. Heavy set Guy with a grey beanie working the front counter was so rude. Don’t know if he was having a bad day or if their short handed or what.. not worth the $45 I spent here to be treated as not welcomed ?
This location are always out of Birthday cake pops and pumpkin loaf bread ?. Sometimes I'm satisfied on my iced pumpkin latte. They only get two stars.
