Absolutely 110% the best experience I've ever had at a Starbucks! A beautiful young lady who informed me she was deaf was the order taker this morning. She was professional and proficient taking orders AND calling out order names. My order for the first time ever was completely correct! Just the way I ordered it! Will definitely come back as long as this young lady is taking my order!! Way to go Starbucks for being diverse in your hiring! ??

I ran inside to get two protein snacks and NO drink. There were NO customers inside the store and 3 employees. I grabbed my items and set them on the counter. Nobody acknowledged me. I had to get their attention using my voice loudly, saying EXCUSE ME, 3 separate times. The cashier who rang up my snacks was talking to her co-worker about her boyfriend the whole time, with her body turned to her co-worker. I asked her politely for a bag. May I PLEASE have a bag. She did not hear me because she was talking about her boyfriend to her co-worker. On the FOURTH TIME I finally got her attention and she pushed a bag over the counter at me. Like putting my two items into the bag isn’t in her job description. I was so offended at these 3 women doing the bare minimum and being rude and snarky to affluent customers. Apparently this Starbucks is a SACK N’ SAVE and you better come prepared to bag your own items after purchase. I will never return to this location.

I had placed a pick up order online. They missed one drink on the order. The drink that was missing was for my daughter. I called to let them know I didn’t receive the drink for the order, I told them I would go get it in person. I went to physically get it in person and the staff member gave me an old drink that was melted and wasn’t made fresh. It’s one thing to forget an item on an online order and it’s another to give a bad drink that’s melted and not remade when it was their fault to begin with. Long story short super disappointed and frustrated.

Let's just say Tia and Debbie are the best here. I know I can be difficult. Asking for a trenta water used to be a fight now it's sorted out. I hope they got rid of Amanda she was rude as hell. Thank you ladies Tia and Debbie for all you do.

Drinks were good but customer service was not, an employee with tag name “Amanda” , was rude as I was trying to order she kept cutting me off more than once, and kept rushing me as I was trying to order.. every question I asked was answered with rudeness it felt so unwelcoming to order, lastly receipt was just slid on counter when I had my hand out.

I have completely stopped using starbucks. They are always out of something. For the wait and the money it's jsut not worth it anymore.It is very sad how all of the great places we used to enjoy have really crashed and burned.

They finally prepared my regular coffee the Way i wanted. Not with a simple splash of milk but enough to not have black coffee. This is the way it supposed to look!

Employees here are so rude. Guy who took my order was very very rude, he kept giving me attitude and he threw my change at me. Drive thru people always in a bad mood.

Amanda said we aren’t allowed to order a trenti ice water even if I willing to pay for it and said only drink I can order is a tranta kiwo star fruit so I’m pretty sure this is a lie but also another reason why I don’t come to this Starbucks anymore I never have any issue with my original Starbucks in Richardson. Also asked for an ice water grande and you can tell there’s barely any ice in here it’s like they used hot water.
