I don't think I will ever go back to this Starbucks location again. I went to order a couple of drinks in person, and the woman taking my order was very nice. She was new and needed some help with my order. My roommate works for Starbucks and so I understand that some people just make really complicated drinks, and are very impatient and rude about it. I know my first drink was a bit more complicated so I have no problem being patient with them. She went to ask for assistance and a redheaded woman came to help her. She seemed a bit rushed but I didn't think anything of it, but as I was finishing my order a barista came over to look at my order and the redhead woman said "yeah, it's a lot" to which the barista made a kind of strained breath out as if I made the most complicated order ever. I wanted to say something, but didn't want to make a scene over it. I got my order and left. I felt like I was being shamed for ordering a drink I really wanted, and left not wanting to even drink it. I really like Starbucks, but I don't think I ever want to go back to this store for fear I'm gonna be shamed again.

This location really can’t figure it out for some reason. Wait times in the drive thru are always 20+ minutes when there’s only a few cars in line. It’s not even busy enough of a location to be this slow…You’ll pull up to the ordering screen and everyone has to wait several minutes for them just to take your order.And they’re not very polite either.This will be the third time I’ve left to go to Scooters instead. It’s a longer drive but the service is quicker, kinder and they give your dog a bone if you bring them!!!I just moved to the area and unfortunately this is the closet location. Hopefully they get it together… on Nextdoor dozens people even commented on how bad this location is.

This is literally the SLOWESTTTTT Starbucks I have ever been to!!! Do not come unless you want to spend over an hour waiting in line! And they are always out of everything with out notice you don’t find out until after the hour wait. They tell you once you are about to order!

I have since January, to go there and find they are closed. What's up? I guess I need to put their phone number in my phone to see if they are open. Pretty sad guys..

This Starbucks is in DESPERATE need of the pre order option on the app. It’s always really busy and the wait time is ridiculous.

The most incompetent Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Customer service was straight garbage coming from a former employee. My refresher was not shaken which is standard for refreshers. I asked nicely for it to be shaken and was given an attitude and received it back still unshaken. I understand that almost everywhere is short staffed and whatnot but it’s not an excuse to be lazy at your job.

I was happy today 01/17/2022 to get drinks at 7:30 pm. 4 girls were there talking without paying attention to the customer and they don’t even pick up the phone it so sad that one of them didn't talk professionally.

Bad service, being waiting and no one take our order. and then we pull to the window and they let us wait also. One of four employees open and refuse to take our order, she is the manager said .

Don’t tell customers you can pick up orders and then close the cafe for pick up. That defeats the entire purpose of picking up an order. Been a recurring customer for years and had this experience today. Unacceptable.

Staff is really nice!! Her name is Phoebe, I’m not sure which coffee I want to order. So she ask me few question and make me a awesome coffee!!!
