I stopped this morning through the drive thru and the staff was nice and I have been taking sips of my drink and when I got to work still sipping and when I was going to take picture of it I notice a white or blonde hair sticking out of my macha drink and I’m a Latina 32 years old female I don’t have white or blonde hair, my hair color is black on top and brown! This is nasty how the heck will it get there I’m starting to think this was done initially!!
Sweetest baristas around, always greeted with happy smile and they do go over and beyond to make their customers happy. My favorite drink is made here, Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade Refresher. Great cakepops and yummy sandwiches. ?
Stopped by this location this morning to pick up a traveler while on my way to a conference at a nearby hospital. There was a long line in the drive thru so I went inside. I was told the inside was only open for mobile orders, and they were sorry. I stood in the store and ordered the mobile order for the $19 traveler. I waited about 15 minutes to get my order. While waiting, I asked if I could use the restroom and was told no because it was "closed to the public." I started to just leave without getting my order since I was not allowed to use the restroom, but I didn't want my coworkers to go without coffee. Needles to say I was disappointed. Never had an experience like this at Starbucks. I won't be going back to this location. I felt very unwelcome.
My order is completely wrong. Restroom needs attention.
I liked before because is close to my house but now I try no to go there they can never get my drink right ?
What’s the point in a lobby if it’s not open to the public. Line is wrapped around the building and I have To sit in my car in the drive through. Dumb!!! OPEN THE INSIDE!!!!
Love this location. They are ALL so friendly and nice. PS. It’s exclusively drive-thru because some folks actually expect them to risk their life for your coffee experience. Karen/Ken GFY!!
They don’t have a set and looks odd to come inside to have coffee! Starbucks with out a set and the look ? not Starbucks! If you try to set don’t try ?
They didn’t have any food. Why do they keep it open if they can’t serve what’s in the menu?! They didn’t have any food AT ALL!! Just drinks
The staff is so friendly! I had a question about the app and they were so patient and friendly with me. 10/10
