They failed today. Got take out order wrong, gave me burnt rolls ( talking hockey pucks ). Would not even give me any kind of satisfaction for inconvenience of having to return , toget corrected.Robert ( the boss) said he could not give me a gift card for next purchase. ,, corporate rule .? Wanted to give me a dessert I didn't want or more rolls that I didn't need.Appears they could care less about any return business from me . So they fell to the bottom of my list for places to eat.
We absolutely love Spring Creek! Delicious Texas BBQ with good service and food options for the whole family to enjoy. I love the brisket and sausage plate, and the choices of veggies including green beans, potato salad, corn, and macaroni and cheese are great. They have fresh, hot yeast rolls for guests, and offer cobbler and Blue Bell ice cream for dessert. So good!
Someway or somehow the communication with cashier on the "To Go" desk got my entire 2 orders incorrectly. Pronouncing "french fries" and "okra" contain different syllables that obviously does not create a confusion. Getting home, called the unidentified manager and lack of interest of correcting the order. As for corporate, not even a peep. Adios Springcreek.
Ordered the Family kit of Brisket & Chicken w/3 sides, to feed 3-4 people they said. Thoroughly disappointed in portion size for $60. Barely enough brisket for 2 people, 3/4 lbs. Lb price $22. 1 whole chicken ala cart price $15 roughly. Had to speak with a manager when got home to inform of my dissatisfaction. Ordered lean cut and got mixed with fat. He made up the next day by supplying a 3/4 lb replacement. But I WILL NEVER ORDER A FAMILY PACK AGAIN. HORRIBLE VALUE!! I informed the person attending us I would be giving this honest review. He agreed and did not the portions equaled the price but as he stated he had no control over that. It was way above him on those decisions.
One of the main things that make Spring Creek BBQ stand out above all others is the fresh hot rolls that they serve. I would give them a perfect 5 star review if they would bring back REAL butter to eat with the rolls. Right now they are serving the whipped oil/fake stuff and it ruins the rolls. :-( Please bring back real butter.
We had not been to Spring Creek in a very long time. We went Friday night and the food and service was excellent.We had the chopped beef sandwich with a baked potato and the rib and sliced beef plate. Ribs and beef very tender.The baked potato and hot rolls was perfect.
Love the food but don't like staff in this location. Thier demeanor is as if the customer is trying to rip them off. Specifically the fat Manager figure behind the counter standing like hawk in case you break the glass enclosure and take extra sides. He should find another job! Or be fired, which ever comes first. Go to Irving location for great service.

Amazing service! we had a family of 11 and the team went above and beyond to help us. It was obvious that they were very busy but they still got us taken care of with zero issues. ?
