Unprofessional and will charge you for something they don’t even give you :) unapologetic and rude. Whomever is working tonight is ?We asked nicely if we could possibly have a refund for a missing item we were not even told was missing / they were out of. The man wasn’t even polite about it nor professional. No refund. I know it’s not his fault but you can at least offer a quick “sorry” or something. My boyfriend and I work in food service and this is absolutely unacceptable behavior.
Staff were friendly. And the food was the best I've had from a sonic in a very long time

I use to come here all the time. The workers at night are rude and give you an attitude and on top of that they keep messing up my order. I know the server life is hard and I always tip the car hopper...not anymore
I ordered double sonic burger meal, they gave me single piece of meat.
Service was great but the app and sign board weren't working properly for card payments.

I utilized the drive-through as I usually do when I go here. The food and service were fine. The frozen strawberry lemonade and the lemonade slush were good.
