The first stall we went to had a screen that wasn't working, the 2nd that we went to had a call button that apparently didn't call anyone when it said it did because we waited there for 5 or 6 minutes and no one ever answered. Finally pulled into a 3rd and that one was working. We were in a hurry so it was a little frustrating having to go through 3 stalls to find one that worked.

Sonic has a Sausage egg nd Cheese Croissant that is just off the hook with gooey melted cheese. Mmmm...

They have gotten our order wrong a couple of times but most of the time they do a good enough job to be out go-to when we want some quick food and ice cream

TL;DR sonic supposedly opens at 8am but no one was there 30 minutes after opening.i placed an online order this morning 3/13/22 at 8:15am, showed up at 8:25am. checked in on the app and noticed lights were off in the building but the drive-up computers were on and the app was functioning normally. after about two or three minutes no one brought out my order which was unusual considering it was just a drink and shouldn’t take that long, so i went through the drive thru. no one answered even after i said “hello” three times. my drink was only $1 and i was late to work so i just left. i should’ve known something was up because when i first got there, a car was at the speaker and drove off instead of pulling up to the pickup area. something similar happened last week when i ordered food and when i showed up at 8:30, they said the kitchen was not ready yet which is completely unacceptable. sonic opens at 8:00am so kitchen prep should start at least by 7:30am. not sure if the opening people didn’t show up or what but i’m telling you if someone doesn’t get this under control, you’re gonna lose a lot of business including me. whether this is a management or cooperate thing or whatever, someone needs to fix this. if not i’ll happily drive the extra few miles to the sachse location and i’m sure others will do the same.

Hate to say it but this time everything was let's say below their standards. The nuggets were hard hard hard. Ordered honey barbecue and got I don't know what. We also ordered a hamburger with hickory sauce, ok well to say the least when you took a bit sauce ran out everywhere, (more sauce than meat) not the best experience.

Terrible... raining, they would not answer drivethru, I pulled up, they made me go to parking spot to order,all while the car hop chatted with 2 guys on porch instead of trying to help me...a hot fudge sundae... finally arrived with no napkins, no nuts, no cherry, and paid for banana, found those at bottom at end of sundae...awful experience, 25 minutes for that

Horrible service. Still waiting for them to answer the button while associates are danicjng around in the establishment. Red button has been going off for 10 minutes

Waited 15 min in stall then went to drive through and they acted like they couldn't understand me and laughed when I said I'm leaving. This has never happened before, im used to slow service there but this was a first

I'd never been to one. There are great selections, the food is good quality and the service was fast. Pretty much what I wanted and got at Sonic.

The worst service today. I had to wait more than regular time, I paid $28.98. But I feel mad ? is because when I received the order I didn't have cash to give the person who attended; I told him. I'm sorry, I don't have cash for your tip and I saw he immediately pinched the cup and I told him, but he left. All my coke wet my car.?I don't want to go back there.
