This place has always been fast when compared to other locations during rush hours. Never had any issues with exceedingly long wait times, wrong orders, or rude employees. Always been great. The only downside is the location and trying to exit during heavy traffic flow. It's one of the reasons I often made the drive to the Centerville location, but honestly their efficiency and service surpasses the other locations by miles.
Service was slow. It was happy hour and it's to be expected. Food fresh and hot and drink was good.I only gave a four because of how long it took to take my order
They don’t even deserve this 1 star. While ordering the young boy taking the order kept repeating everything I said in a mocking manner. Acting as if he didn’t know the items. After the third item and me being quite annoyed I looked in the window to see 3 teen boys laughing and the female employee by the drink machine laughing as well. They were playing. At that point I told them to cancel the order. I will not go back to this location.
When you order only $6 of food pay with a $20 please don't make me ask for my change back a tip is one thing when I feel like it's a expected deal I almost won't give a tip
We waited for about 10 minutes, and food never came, my wife pushed the button again , I guess they forgot about our order, after another 5 minutes they brought it out. I'm not going back to that Sonic!
Slow on getting your order ready and out to you employees act like they cant hear you as your placing your order because they will not stop talking loud to each other while taking your order the owner and management need to get involved here and the quality of the food is poor barley warm tots or frys are old and not hot dont waste your time going here
Food was great, service was amazing. This is the only sonic I seen that really goes all out for each holiday with decorations. They have a place to take selfies with Santa never seen anything likes this before.
Sadly disappointed with the quality of the food. We had quit going for a long time, wanted to try again just to see if it had gotten better. Sadly no. I gave a three star only because our service was good.

Never have I ever ordered hard over cooked onion rings. Can there please be a manual for whomever is on the fry station to please make sure you #1 change the grease, & #2 please pay attention to the timer #3 please don’t drop anything that’s been cooked to heat it up or whatever the case may be. Here’s to no onion rings tonight for me
