Horrible customer service. I walked in there this morning with both the man and women was having a conversation in their language. At no point did they acknowledge me they continue to have their conversation I finally said good morning then the mail answer and the woman look like she had an attitude from hell. I will never go back to that location ever again in Garland off of 190 and north Garland Rd.
Jesus! Worst experience I've had in a while. There's no way to tell who's in line. There's no order sign. The manager, instead of telling me he had other people to wait on, just stared/glared at me. The other people there appearently had been standing for... probably ten mins. Bad. Terrible. I'm probably never going here again

These people are very unprofessional. We got here 10 minutes before closing and as soon as we arrived they walked up to the door and aggressively shook their head while they turned off the lights and walked off with a disturbing facial expression.
I likes smoothie King's when I'm in the area I always try to go by and pick up me a drink. But in honor of Veterans Day I was given a free drink. Thank you so much Smoothie King.
Never go here. As someone who drinks smoothies all the time, this is the only location that smoothie taste really bad. The owner puts half the amount of severing in the smoothies than normal causing it to taste like ice. As someone who works out often, I want to full serve of protein to go with my gains.

Manager and employees were rude, obviously this is not a franchise. Never coming here again and suggest you don’t either.
I accidentally ordered the wrong smoothie and asked if they would make me the correct one. I was not going to take the smoothie they made that I accidentally ordered wrong. But the owners said I need to pay for another smoothie because the money need to comes from somewhere. That is not good customer service considering I always go to that smoothie king and never ask to remake something. Apparently they are more concerned with money then there reputation.
