Horrible experience,I ordered what was supposed to be a special cake for my daughter's graduation. When I arrived to pick it up the cake was cracking so they made an attempt to "fix it" which took about 30-45mins.When I got home (10mins away and driving super slow) it was already falling apart again. I called them and was asked to take it back so they could "fix it"....again. This is the day of graduation so I don't have time to be running back and forth to get a cake fixed, this should not be happening. I asked for a refund since I had paid over $100 for a cake that was not edible. Needless to say we are very disappointed and I would not recommend this particular location to anyone ever.
Charming, the cupcakes are delicious, so many choices to choose from. Definitely will be returning. Highly recommend.
Very pretty on the inside my daughter loves the toddler table they have by the window. The lady in the front is really nice and the ice cream is made in house and very good!!
don’t go here so unsanitary!!, I went here to get cupcakes for my mothers birthday and I took a glimpse of where the cupcakes were and it was the worst thing i’ve ever seen there was unwashed dishes, cupcakes just laying on dirty plates!! and stuff everywhere!!! would not recommend

The cakes taste very good. I bought a custom cake for a graduation. I paid for a cake to serve 50 people and I was only able to serve 15 . I paid $110 . 00, for a cake the size of a child’s smash cake . The cake was poorly decorated . The fondant was failing off. My sister brought over a cake she paid $60 to serve 20 people . It served exactly 10 small pieces . I’m not sure why Small Caked at Firewheel is making theirs custom cakes so tiny . I had bought cakes a yr ago that where much bigger and sales price . I will not be returning .
I feel conflicted. The cupcakes I had were delicious, but not exactly like they were as described on their website. For example, the lemon drop cupcake was described as having a lemon curd filling and lemon frosting but I couldn't taste the lemon in the frosting nor was there any filling in the cupcake. The reeses cupcake didn't have any peanut butter filling either, contrary to how it was described.I don't know if they're cutting costs or if it was just an honest mistake, or if the website is inaccurate. But all in all, amazing cupcakes for what they were, although not true to their descriptions on the website.I'll give them another try in the future
No words to express how wonderful this place really is. If you have not gone you are missing out.
We went to grab some cupcakes for my daughter birthday, but liked the way inside was decorated and thought we'll sit and eat there until we started getting stares like we were out of place, the ladies that were there taking orders/checking out, seemed friendly but uncomfortable with our presence so we ended up leaving. The cupcakes were okay, we did enjoy the ice cream but probably wont be back.
Service is good,Cakes are nice looking but not fresh at all...didn’t like them at all they tasted like they were made days ago.?
