Service was very good and quesdillas were good. Would not recommend the queso and unfortunately queso is something I look forward to when having mexican food.

12:30 on Friday, we were only 2 in the whole place. Chips were stale, I'd give the food a 3.

Love this place. Friendly staff. Exciting things planned for this place. Check it out.

'Had a lunch of chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, chips and salsa. Perfect amount of food for lunch. Very tasty. Yes, I would come back with my friends.

Picked up a to go order this evening. Was not as good as usual. The lady cashing me out did let me know that there was a new menu for the switch over??? Said the original menu was too complicated. Well..... The new menu is less complicated. Mostly in flavor.I had the tortilla soup, and broth seemed beefy. No veggies, barely any chicken, and bland. Husband had his go to Betos platter. He 2as disappointed in the dry tamale, bland rice and beans, not so par enchiladas, and greasy ground beef with no seasoning at all. Even the chips and salsa were not good. Just no flavor all aroundUsed to love this place ?

Great experience! The food was delicious. Much larger space than I thought, very clean and inviting. I had chicken with poblano sauce and my friend had chile relleno. Very nice, love it. Portions are a good, like, a cup of borracho beans is a bowl! Very yummy btw. Had tres leche cake for dessert, loved it, very milky and the whipped cream and chocolate was very nice. Very satisfying meal, our waitress was adorable and so helpful when we inquired about some ingredients. I had no idea there is Mexican spaghetti, would've gone for that but it was gone, maybe next time! Check it out!

My mood has been crushed and my day is ruined first the DJ slaughtered Freddy mercury’s music and then it took 45 minutes just to get my order wrong

Fantastic food and adorable and friendly service.

We ordered chicken fajitas, bean soup, choriqueso, and margaritas, all to go. The choriqueso looked pretty bad in the Styrofoam tray. We transferred it into a bowl and reheated it in the microwave. The flavor was good. The fajitas were weird. The chicken was sliced into medallions and was red as if it were seasoned with paprika. The flavor was in line with that. No traditional flavor of fajitas though they were cooked with onions and 4 wide slices of bell pepper in an order for 2! The proportions were way off. They also added half moon shaped potatoes which made no since at all! The bean soup had what looked like bits of sliced ham like you would see in a lunch meat aisle at the grocery store. It also had no seasoning or flavor. But the worst value were the margaritas. The flavor was ok if you like limeade. I watched the owner's son make them. Into a parfait glass filled with ice he added 1 oz of some cheap tequila; no triple sec or any kind of orange liqueur, then filled it with the limeade concoction he got from the dispenser. I asked for 4 margaritas to go. Each had 2 ounces of tequila in a 16 oz cup. For each glass I was charged $4.99 per drink since it was Happy Hour. 1 16 oz cup counted as 2 drinks. 4 of them were $31.92. We were planning on saving some in the fridge for the weekend. No chance. We finished all 8 margaritas between us and felt nothing. We're not heavy drinkers. But we do like to relax once in a while with margaritas and Mexican food. I'm not sure if I can say we had either last night. I feel like I wasted $100+ with tip. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone and won't be returning there myself. The only reason we went is because Desperado's was closed due to weather. I really can't understand all the positive reviews for this place. I rarely give poor reviews, but this was the most disappointing Mexican meal I can remember having anywhere in Garland, Richardson, Plano, or Dallas.

We really recommend this restaurant. The Mexican food is awesome. We eat here a lot!
