Hit and missed. I ordered 9 banh mi and I had to wait for an hour long. They didn’t care about how long you have to stand there after checking you out. People came after me getting their order before me. I had to ask many times about my order then you started making it. Never come if you don’t have much time for waiting.

This is the only Vietnamese banh mi place I love in Dallas!Their banh mi are made fresh in front of you, and they don’t skim on the meats or veggies either. It’s buy 3 get 1 free, which is a great deal considering how it’s only $4.50 each, and everyone in the family can get their favorite banh mi (combo, fish cakes, xa xiu, fried egg, etc).My mom is obsessed with their meats, and she usually buy a pound to bring back home in Kansas to eat as snack or breakfast. I actually hated eating banh mi after moving to the US because no stores can do it right, and my love for it came back because of Saigon Deli. I also tried the other popular place, Quoc Bao, but it didn’t really meet my standard. If you plan to order a lot, call ahead so they can have it ready for you. I usually only order 4 so I don’t mind waiting and watching them assemble. Ask for the veggies separately if you’re not planning to eat right away. I’ll go home, pop them in the air fryer for 350” at 2 mins, and it’ll come out toasty and ready to be devoured!

I had the worst experience ever. I just walked in the store and ask for plain bread which by the way was 2 for 1.00 this older lady with short hair was so rude asking me how much bread and I told her I needed 20 bread and she stated that she was losing out on money. Then I simple told her okay and walk off. As I was walking off she curse at me in viet thinking I don’t understand that word and I curse right back at her.

The sandwiches are okay but they don't put anything inside of them. We bought 5 sandwiches and they gave us a small zip lock bag with veggies that was barely enough for two of them. Very disappointed in these sandwiches.

Went to pick up 4 sandwiches ordered on the phone yesterday, asked for an extra bag so that I could split the sandwiches into 2 bags myself. The girl with short hair got irritated and the way she responded to the request so intimidate. Bad customer service, if she doesn’t have patience and customer service skill, then don’t work in this type of business.

Solid Banh-mi sandwiches. Go in the morning when the bread is fresh. BBQ pork is my go to. So fresh and good!

Sandwich is$4.50 each, buy 3 get 1 free. They also have drink dessert like three color drink, black jelly, tamarind, and those are$4 each. Now, the sandwich are really good. Best one yet. We have#1 and#4. Combo and grill pork. Really good. They are busy at noon on a Saturday, but you can call in your order ahead of time. So, go give it try

I used to order from them all the time before Covid, but recently went for some sandwiches and a sugar cane drink and was surprised the that staffs were not wearing a mask. They was talking to each other while making the sandwiches. However, customers are required to wear a mask. Doesn’t make any sense at all.

I love the chicken teriyaki sandwich ??

Was recommend as the best ban mee In Garland area. It was inexpensive $4. As to the taste, it was decent. Good bread but need more flavor by adding mayo and extra pickled veggies.
