Let me start by saying I don’t like to give restaurants bad reviews but this is a health issue. My family and I went yesterday. Initially we were pleased. The service was friendly (not very attentive but she was nice). We were excited to try the pupusas from here and once our food arrived it looked delicious and was. Started eating and upon adding the cabbage salad stuff I saw a small roach in the container. I brought it to the servers attention and received no apology no acknowledgment nothing just a let me grab another one. By then my appetite was lost. From that point on I could not eat. My son had to go to restroom so my hubs took him and says let’s go, Leave the food and let’s pay. He told me he saw 3 roaches in the restroom or on the way to the restroom. Food maybe ok, it smells and looks clean but they clearly have an infestation of roaches. Be careful and hopefully they do something about the issue, I know shopping strips are hard to treat.

Food is great but service sucks. Been here a couple of times and ONLY when I come by myself I get looks from the females and it took 45 mins just to get 6 cheese pupusas. All the males that came after me got their food first. Did I mention I was by myself? There is 4-5 waiters. Also, when I got my food someone else's food was in my bag, too ??
This place smelled. I don’t know if they were cooking and cleaning but the food tasted like pure vinegar.

The quantity and quality of food is bad. One tipico plate has almost nothing. The price is high compared with the quantity. They need to work on their menu and options for clients...
This is my favorite place to get pupusas but now their prices for one pupusa is insane. They charging $3 plus tip for just one pupusa thats crazy.Plus the ladies are rude and take forever when a order over the phone. I will need to find a new place now since they over priced their food now.
Worst customer service ever!!!Placed an order through the phone and they gave me an estimated time of 20 min.I went in there and the order wasn’t ready and stated they were barely going to do it. Had to wait an extra 20 min. The lady in front had no customer service what’s so ever. Her name was Alicia, she was so sarcastic with her response when I asked for an update on my order. And she tried to argue about the time of me calling and the waiting time so instead of trying to fix the situation she was rude and sarcastic about it.The place seems not be clean.Not a very good experience over all. Wouldn’t recommended at all
