Great service environment and food.
We had a fantastic server today! She was nice, fast and made sure my friend and I had a pleasant experience. She noticed my friend was wearing a corvette shirt and started talking about the corvette museum she visited. Food was fantastic and it was an overall great experience
Very good and they are back to real menus. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly. Wish they would have explained menu a little better. Didn’t know it was bottomless fries till I asked for to go container.
We haven't been here in about a year but what a disappointment!!! We had such an inexperienced server who got all her tables filled at the same time. Our drinks were always empty we had to wait 30-40 min just to ask for a refill or more fries plus the time it took for the kitchen to make it. When she brought out our utensils you can literally see a shoe print on the fork! Like ma'am! It took her forever to replace them too!!! Do you not check your silverware before setting it at the table!?(well obviously not)
Real good, they have a gluten free menu also! I got the grilled salmon and it was very tasty! Took the grandsons and they liked theirs also. We'll do this again sometime when we get back over to Garland.
Had a late lunch with my husband. I have a loyalty rewards account and had a free burger waiting for my birthday.We arrived after the lunch rush and got a seat right away on a Saturday. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu.Out order was ready pretty fast and their burgers are so good. We love the campfire sauce for the fries.Always a good choice for when you crave a burger.
Our waiter was good. Although we were 4 adults with 4 children, they charged an auto 18% tip. We generally tip anyway but I hate that they charge an auto tip. We did go up on the tip but I still don't like it. The chicken strips had a very good taste as did the fries. I got a burger with a whole grilled jalapeño on top of the burger. Everyone said their food was good. I don't care for "sauces" on my burger, so the burger was actually a little dry. Even though I always get no sauce, my burgers are not usually dry.But overall it was a pretty good experience.
12/5/21: Christopher took my order at the take out counter. He was very friendly and helpful. When I got home, the order was accurate and the burgers were awesome! I enjoy coming here because the staff and managers (especially Jason) are usually willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I love their Veteran's Day specials and their birthday deals! They have a great loyalty program too!
I ordered the Tavern burger and my husband ordered the classic cheeseburger. The menu said it was a smaller version but it actually looked the same size as my husband's! The difference is that mine had 2 thin meat patties and his had one thicker patty. There were only 3 options of the Tavern burger but I really enjoyed the one I got with the Tavern sauce. I also got garlic fries with mine and he got regular. The smoky grilled flavor came through and was delicious! The service was awesome. Our server kept our drinks refilled which is a sign of a good server.
We had some amazing service tonight and the food was delicious. Our server was in training but you could never tell he was super friendly and confident. It was a surprise that our family dinner was so enjoyable. We will definitely return for another meal very soon.
