BEST CANES EXPERIENCE EVER!!!I came in at 4:50 on 4/14/22They were all very welcoming ,said hi before I even stepped foot at the counter . THATS SERVICE! food was very fresh , I went to one in Houston that was not as fresh . It was plated beautifully, most places don’t pay attention to that. And the manager was outstanding . Employees very well managed . Will come again! ‼️

At the time of writing I can only speak for the drive thru. The food was nice and hot, freshly made. Well cooked, no complaints overall. The box combo was sized just right to end the meal fully satisfied.
A huge shout out to the Canes on Northwest Hwy in Garland for saving the day. This amazing team made 250 tenders in under 30 min for our church event when our other chicken source fell through just 30mins before our event. I called and they said they could get it done and did so graciously and made sure to ask if I was ok and talked to me about our event. The manager was so kind and that crew worked so quick and efficiently. As always Canes is a hit with everyone and will continue to be our go to. Thanks again for amazing service!!!
This location doing their very best. Tenders perfectly juicy not greasy. Coleslaw was fresh n crisp as well as the fries. Thx for ? snack on a rainy day
Y’all need to fix y’all’s water filter or something because the water y’all make the lemonade or tea with has a taste to it unlike other locations.Also, when a customer asks for extra crispy chicken I am expecting to wait a little longer like the other canes locations make me wait to fulfill my order of xtra crispy and not soggy chicken. It’s clear that y’all just care about how many cars y’all can serve per hour or something.Worst canes location I have been to and unfortunately they are the closest to my work.# ?⬇️ #?? #?Change the management! Y’all have been making canes look bad lately.

Food is delicious & not greasy like other fried chicken places. The employees were friendly, fast, attentive & helpful. Place was clean & not full of people. Good prices.
