Food is usually good, but last experience was lacking. Went to pick up online order but they closed early due to staffing issues. Never notified me before I drove out there. Manager called me next day to apologize and inform me that they'll refund and reorder for free. The reorder was free but they never refunded, so I basically paid to get my order the next day.
Let me just say to the person at Potbelly’s that made my steakhouse Beef sandwich….chefs kiss! That was the absolute best sandwich ever. Everything was evenly proportioned and absolutely delish. The Apple walnut salad didn’t disappoint either! Great job!
We always have a lovely lunch at this location. Everything is fresh and we like the healthy options. Tried the chicken pot pie soup, sooo yummy!
This location is going downhill. All on the same trip got wheat instead of white, horrible customer service, and the team was more worried about online orders. The sandwich sucked
I ordered the Wreck. Turkey sandwich and it was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. I go there frequency. Their sandwiches are great. My only complaint is that the tables always seem to need cleaning.
we ordered food twice im diabetic it be nice if uber wasn't on while your stores closed its absolutely crap people can't do there jobs right it says open til 9 but I've called and no ones answering.
This is the $4.99 mac and cheese delivered to me last night, along with a salad without dressing. Very disappointed.
First time I used Potbelly. All was perfect Soup perfect, sandwich perfect. Delivery fast and perfect.
Honestly I was not impressed. It was my first visit to this place. When I picked up my order I’m glad I checked my food in the car… bc the bacon I paid for was bot on the sandwich. The sandwich also had little to no meat. When I told the guy at the counter he said he’ll run a piece through the oven for me. No apology. Nothing. Then to top it off at the soup counter station I saw small bugs or gnats flying around. Definitely not coming back.
