Two big signs going dine for 2 $11.99 after waiting 7 min on the Drive thru and ready to order i ask to get this special ; the answer i get we are not doing that anymore !!! That is false advertising , i ask to talk to manager he is not available , i like popeyes but this is not acceptable i will be writing to corporate!!! And to top it off they gave me my order wrong !! Popeyes if u cant find workers close the damn place
Every time i come here its decent since( its new ) location i would think its above 4 star rating sheesh
I was so disappointed at this location,As much as I love Popeyes, I have visited several locations around the state of Texas and Louisiana. I ordered two 3 pieces combo meals with extra biscuits at the speaker,when I got to the window I was asked what my order was, the crew seemed to be confused in what they were doing, as I saw all of them they were not wearing gloves,hear nets,they were scratching their wigs constantly on top of that I waited over 20 minutes at the window. What kind of service is this I wonder myself at that time, where is the manager to take control of the situation? When finally my order was given,I asked why it took so long? And the only answer I got was sorry we are busy. So disappointed I will never go back to Popeyes again ?
1 star is too high! This location has horrible food/service, dry,old chicken! Mgr worseThis place need to be shut down,it's a community disappointment. It's is not ok,someone needs to check on this rat hole ASAP
Always GOOD Chicken. Got family Mixed meal. The spicy pieces looked smaller than the regular pieces. That was odd.
Got our order wrong. Poor service, food is so so. I've had better Popeye's. Think it's just this branch.Sorry but a lot of room for improvement.
Not good? Order big box tenders and got regular bone in chicken and missing one of the sides. I ask if all was there when I received and they confirmed. Surprise!! Wasn't right
Every time we go here our order is wrong! We first visited when they were fairly new and the food was cold and our order was wrong. We have been going all the way to Rowlett when we are in the mood for Popeyes but decided today to give this location another try. WRONG idea!! Our order is Wrong, no napkins no flatware….come on people, get it together. Will NOT go back!
I ordered a 11 piece family meal and was told there was a wait on chicken so I parked and next thing you know all me and my daughter see is kids running from the back of the restaurant and walking out as if they saw something so i walked up and i told the manager you guys look like you saw a rat or something and she offered me a refund… I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place do not allow your kids to eat here. I ate inside one time and seen holes in the ceiling they weee dirty and noises while i was eating my food very uncomfortable
I ordered 5 piece with two regular sides and two biscuits. The fries was stale and the other side that i asked for (mashed potatoes) they gave me rice and gravy. I also only received one biscuit. I should've read the reviews before coming here!
